Everything was great including the donut ice cream dessert!!!!!! Will be back again!! The atmosphere is cozy with a stone wall back room filled with old books, giving a feeling of dining at a friend's house. The staff is professional, and the food is seasonal with classics such as steak tartar and crabcakes. Recently, a Wagyu New York strip special with truffle butter and frites, along with a kale salad topped with grilled shrimp, was highly praised. The grilled shrimp were juicy and perfectly cooked, and the large salad was very filling. During peak season, it can be busy and wait times may be longer, but the experience is worth it.
