Lizzie's Cafe & Bistro 142nd St.

Amazing service and delicious food. It is a must visit every year during our family beach vacation. I highly recommend the hot crab roll and the crab cake! Don’t pass on the chocolate chip cookies either!

Absolutely wonderful little cafe. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff helped us navigate the extensive gluten free/celiac options as well as the availability to address other allergy concerns as needed. The food? Outstanding! Delicious. The gluten free cornbread was a wonderful surprise. There is a lot of care and attention to detail here and it shows. This cafe is a gem and I cannot believe we didn’t come sooner. We will be back!!!!

My husband and I stopped at Lizzie’s on Saturday June 28th as our last meal before we made our drive back to PA. The customer service was outstanding and I was extremely impressed that there were so many options for those with Celiac as my sister has this and normally has trouble at most restaurants. We got the lobster roll and meatloaf grilled cheese and were blown away by the taste, presentation and portions! My lobster roll was FILLED with lobster and my husbands sandwich was a huge! So tasty and fresh…we will definitely be back!

Amazing food and service. I have an egg intolerance, and they were more than accommodating. The food was fresh and the portions perfect. We had to go back for more. Highly recommend eating there. It was the best food our entire trip.

A COMPLETE DISASTER
Not sure what was worse, the fact that they had no menus, no alcohol, were out of crap soup (in OCMD?) or Annoying Guy behind the counter. Waited over 25 minutes for the food, even though the place was empty, then it came wrapped up as if it was to go, in plastic containers. The chips came in a bag. Asked for saltine crackers; waitress gave me a puzzled look, then came back with some strange cracker-like food that neither looked or tasted like saltines. How can a restaurant with soup on the menu not have crackers? The crab cake was overpriced and undercooked, and came with no sides. The lobster roll was nothing special. How this place remains open is a mystery. Gave it 1 star, because there is no option for zero. Oh, and this: After we were done eating, Annoying Guy dropped off some coupons for our next visit . . . which will happen never.

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this place. It was my first time at Lizzie's and the atmosphere was peaceful and very clean inside. The customer service very good and I want to shout out Matt. He was very attentive and had great hospitality. He recommended the Connecticut Lobster Roll and I can say it definitely didn't disappoint. It was the best lobster roll I've had. From the taste to the ratio of lobster and bread, it was delicious all the way through. I didn't want to put it down. If you're someone who likes lobster or seafood I would definitely recommend you come here.

Not worth the money. We got a lobster roll on a hot dog bun didn't even have any big chunks of lobster it just had claws. $40 and a 50-minute wait later. I will never go back

An absolute gem of an establishment! Matt the GM will pleasantly greet you at the door with a smile and be sure to make you feel welcome. The CT lobster rolls are spot on and done supremely well. Wonderful people and delicious food!

Symptomatic celiac and can absolutely say this is a safe restaurant to eat at. Our waiter was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. Truly have never been to such a wonderful restaurant with amazing food ANDDD impeccable service. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot say enough so I will just say this, we will be back tomorrow!!!

Best lunch I ever had in Ocean City. Ordering in the kiosk was easy. Pictures for every option along with a description was very helpful. I wasn’t sure the difference between the two and Matt was there to explain the difference.
Food came out wrapped, hot and ready to eat. The Lobster roll was stuffed with lobster and her warm crab roll was warm and stuffed full with real crab not filler.
Finished with the chocolate cake. Definitely will not find this slice anywhere else in Ocean city or surrounding areas. The cake is big enough for two people.
Lizzes will be a must stop every year and possibly twice in a 4 day stay.
Overall best meal in a long time.

Lizzie’s is a must try! Everything is an amazing but the crab roll and Connecticut lobster rolls are our favorites. The service and hospitality is next to none. Truly one of the best eats in the area; we go at least once every trip. Give them and try you worm regret it, and be sure to tell Matt & Kathy hi!

The best lobster roll I've ever had! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with wonderful and accommodating service. We ordered take out, and were kindly offered water while we waited. The lobster roll itself was delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted on the outside, yet soft on the inside, so perfectly buttered. The lobster tasted so fresh, it was perfectly seasoned. The complimenting parsley and celery contributed to the perfect bite. Truly melted in my mouth. The customer service was above and beyond and the gentleman was so kind. Can't wait to return!!

I don't usually leave reviews but…HAVE MERCY! I had a to go order and I got cream of crabs and a warm lobster role. Not only was the service best I have ever received but the food was even better! Best cream of crab I ever had and the lobster role was loaded with meat. Yes it is expensive but treat yourself, your at the beach!

Best lobster roll I’ve ever had. Love their whole vibe. Can’t say enough good things about this pace. It’s crazy amazing.
