This location makes the wrong stuff multiple times. They don't issue the refunds they say they will. The staff doesn't care when you call in to make it correct and seems like you did something wrong for not wanting to eat the wrong food you paid for.
I made a pickup order my order was 29,96 the guy that placed my order ended up putting a 5 $ tip after I left on my card these people steal from this Papa John's. And when I called to speak with the manager they kept putting me on hold and . then he said they were just going to give me my $5 back cash be really careful I'm reporting it to corporate and my bank
Well used this location while on a trip. Well ordered a shaqaroni, breadsticks, and EXTRA sauce (paid extra for extra sauce).. Well they gave it to doordash and NO EXTRA SAUCE.. somehow I was given a medium or large cheese pizza oddly not ordered... so ... paid for 3 extra sauces and got a cheese pizza somehow... EVERY TIME i order from any papa johns extra sauce somehow is missed even in person.. so if you are gonna order try going in person cause your not gonna get your extras based on this and other locations.. i got a extra pizza that was worth more yes but a family member REALLY wanted extra sauces
Ordered 1 pizza on the app for pickup. Stood in the store for 30 mins before anyone even said a word to me. And crappy pizza. Why did i go here?
Got 3 deliveries in the past few weeks and they have all been on time and correct
They just want to make a lot of money, but they don’t want to introduce enough staff (even seeing that summer has already arrived) to make effective delivery to customers and deliveries. If you are not hungry and want to wait 1 hour you can consume in this place, If you’re hungry, I don’t recommend it, you will wait an eternity.

Over an hour to get a pizza delivered to a horrible driver who never showed. we waited an hour outside, she wouldn't communicate with us and never tried to even get here. It was so simple.
They didn't want to replace the food and provide refund despite their driving being lost for a very long time. They ruined my concert for me. If you see this review and you're at boardwalk rock right now - they are not accommodating and definitely don't deserve your business.
Do better man. Don't put a driver on the road who can't communicate with a customer or navigate the roads safety.

Ordered a pizza over the phone. Guy said no more deliveries we had to pickup. We said fine. He said it would be 1 hour. We waited 1 hour and went to pickup. Girls at counter were very rude and said they didnt see our order placed and said it would be another hour to make. Mind you when we called and placed the order they had caller id and said our name before we even gave it. Girls were so rude and acted like we were in the wrong for them not making our order. Walked out. Super rude. Will never order from there again.

The girl working on register had a rude and nasty attitude. We came in to order some food and she was deliberately ignoring my family and I for 5 minutes while continued to speak and laugh around with her friends who already ordered. We weren’t bothered since we aren’t in any hurry to get anywhere so we patiently waited. When the girl finally decides to acknowledge us and take our order, her mood completely shifted from all happy and giggly from speaking to her friends to immediate annoyance and bothered as if we were the biggest inconvenience to her. We got a large pizza and 16 buffalo wings. While making the order, they realized they were out of buffalo sauce, but instead of letting us know while we were waiting in the store, they just packed us plain unseasoned wings without informing us. And we didn’t even realized the wings were wrong until we gotten back to our hotel and my little brother has taken a bite out of a wing and complained the wing tasted like nothing. If we were given a heads up, at the store when they knew they were out of the buffalo sauce, we would’ve have just canceled the wings since don’t want any other substitutions. I called them to ask for a refund and it was the same girl who took our order picked up the phone. She had an attitude the whole time on the phone even though I was being patient and respectful since the very beginning. She gave me the “well what do you want me to do about it” tone and kept on putting me on hold. She kept on saying they don’t do refunds and said the best they can do is they can remake it with a different sauce which I have already expressed many times I do not want. In the end, she told me we can come back to get the refund for the wings if bring in all 16 of the wings and then hung up on me before I can asking her anymore questions. I was debating if I should since there was already a wing with a bite on it and we didn’t want bring that wing back in since it’s unsanitary. But we still decided to bring in the 15 other untouched wings to the store in hope they will still make an exception for the refund and also because after this whole entire awful interaction, I did not want to pay for almost $30 worth of wings that was messed up. As soon as I walk in to the store, the same lady that was giving me the hard time immediately walk to the back to get her manager and didn’t even bother saying anything to us. No apologies were expressed, but the manager was nice enough to give us the refund even after we told him we only brought back 15 wings. I didn’t find out until we left the store that my brother expressed the girl was shooting him daggers and nasty glares the whole time while I was speaking to the manager. Overall, very poor training and customer service on worker’s end. It was not worth all that trouble for a large pizza in the end.

Took an hour for a carry out order
Watched the employee grab our slices with their bare hand without washing them. Watched the employee use the computer first, grab our food, then handle paper slips all without washing their hands or the use of tongs
