ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and a veggie pizza. The papadia came folded in half, and after eating the first half, I noticed something was off with the taste. When I opened the second half, I found bacon inside—something I have never eaten in my life of my faith. To make things worse, when I brought it to the attention of the manager, they showed zero empathy—no apology, no offer to make it right. Just a complete lack of responsibility.
Extremely disappointed by customer service. I won’t be ordering again, and I urge others with dietary needs to be very cautious and double check.

The papa John’s in ocean city is like nothing I been to before the workers are super respectful and kind willing to help customers with any issues even the manager was sweet and respectful the food is amazing and just how a I wanted it I would definitely come back again no doubt

I have tried many places in ocean city and papa John's out beats them all the pizzas are fresh and the wings are great the staff is awesome and service was quick i placed an ordered and 15 minutes later i had my food fresh and hot my family and many friends have tried it as aell and we wont go nowhere else to get our pizzas thank you papa Johns on 33rd st ocean city md for great food and great service

This was by far the best pizza, we have ordered in a long time! We also ordered wings and a cookie. Everything was hot and fresh and absolutely amazing! The staff was polite and wonderful and the manager was also extremely nice and worked very hard to make sure we didn’t have to wait long for our food! We will definitely be using this location a lot more. Highly recommend!
