They can barely speak English. Makes it confusing.
I ordered my food on the computer myself didn’t order with a person just because I felt the trifling atmosphere. The girl was cool but whoever that boy is that handed my husband his food was rude! Attitude for nothing. My husband asked for a lid because the gentleman handed him the drink without it and us being from out of town, didn’t see the lids by the other drink machine until after he asked, but the boy responded “a what!” With such sass and attitude. I think customer service needs to be trained. Won’t be back there!

Came 1hr before closing, manager gets upset and tells us to come in two hours earlier next time. As someone who worked in food service, I understand how upsetting it can be when ppl come in last sec, but 1 hour is plenty of time to accommodate customers through a DRIVE THRU. This is fast food not sit down serving and dining. The attitude and side comment was completely unnecessary. Food also came with a side of hair strands.

I ordered carry out online for Mother’s Day. 12pc white meat, 12 pc tenders plus sides & sauces. Over $100. The chicken was moist, crispy, and delicious. HOWEVER….
Went thru the drive thru and they told my husband “something was not right” with the order so I got out of the car to speak to them at the window. She held up a ticket that said “Mark M” (NOT either one of us!) and when I told her my name she realized she had looked at the wrong ticket. Hmmm. First sign that something else could be wrong. We got our food and drove to my daughter’s house only to discover I was given a MIX of white & dark meat! My daughter, who is a schoolteacher AND mother of 3, insisted that she would eat the dark meat chicken. I was also missing some of the sauces I had ordered for the tenders.
As I said earlier the food was delicious but the employees who handled the orders (NOT the cooks!) made some bad mistakes. I only regret that I did not check everything in the bag before I drove to my daughter’s house 20 miles down the road.

We ordered 3 pc with mashed potatoes Red Beans and rice and 2 biscuits
We did use the drive-through so we didn’t see our food until we got back to the hotel
We received three pieces of dry half burnt chicken. The mashed potatoes and gravy was decent and my wife liked the red beans and rice and we didn’t have our biscuits so we ate the mashed potatoes And the red beans and riceand throw away The chicken. Never again

We got 10 piece meal and was the worst time ever; we opened the box chicken looked good but with the first bite it smelled so so bad and tasted weired can't describe how bad it was . We had 1 breast in the meal and it was watery!! Everything was gross even the coleslaw tasted wired also it didn't have carrots at all and have something dark green I didnt know what was it!!!! Will never eat Popeyes ever again

Rude staff at drive through. I was placing an order and confirmed it at drive through but they still got it wrong at the window and had to correct but then blamed me for their mistake??? Like weird to blame the customer and not owning their mistake? I get it if it was me but maybe instead of speaking 1,000 mph you can slow down and LISTEN with your ears before moving on. That would’ve avoided the issue.. slow down especially when it’s no line in sight 😂😂😂😂 just odd but oh well they fixed it but figured someone should know somehow
