Place smelled so bad from old oil. Workers were not particularly friendly and unprofessional. So expensive for what you get. Waste of time.

As soon as I got into the store, I saw at least five flies. The milkshake was $11.50 and the ice cream was about the same price for one scoop. When I got the ice cream and milkshake, the ice cream was so small and the milkshake was not 16 ounces like it said it was on the menu. The lady who we were ordering from was in a rush and not focused on my order.

Staff was friendly ice cream was okay, sundaes were lack luster, brownie was very dry. For the amount we paid, it wasn't worth it at all. I wouldn't go back.

Workers not working. Not taking customer orders. Worker putting her gloved hand into her mouth and biting her nails. Then arguing with the entire customer crowd that she didn’t do that. Ok yes, she confessed she did do that but only after she scooped the ice cream. (She had her hands in her mouth between every order). We will not be returning here ever again.
We didn't order a milkshake but the one person we saw who ordered one only got milk. There is no way there was ice cream in that cup. Reeked of oil in there and the service was incredibly slow. One gentleman got a refund after someone who ordered the same thing as him got their order before he did. I ordered a strawberry shortcake Sundae from them and they were out of the ice cream it came but offered a solution. Strawberry ice cream for the missing strawberry cheesecake ice-cream which I was completely fine with. When I was finally given my order, they acted like it was the only thing I ordered when I was still waiting on a cone. Took them 5 minutes to scoop it. And with my shortcake order, it said it was ice cream on top of a slice of yellow cake, there was no cake, just bits of funnel cake. Food wound up being ok but I would not recommend at all. Reading the reviews for this, it seems like the milkshake issue is nothing new and that should concern you.

I went here on vacation with the family. I ordered a deep fried Oreo sundae, waited 25 mins only for them to give what I ordered to another customer who ordered 10 mins after me, and tell me they forgot my order. One of the worst spots for ice cream on the boardwalk. Much better service and quality if you walk further south down the boardwalk. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very slow service, overpriced selections (who charges $1.50 for whipped cream!......$11.50 for a 16oz milkshake), poor serving size for amount paid (small single scoop is smaller than a kiddie size at other places), place reeks of fried foods as they have no full hood system over fryers.

If you want over priced freezer burnt ice cream this is the place to go. Go anywhere else for better quality treats with decent prices.

The portions used to be better and the sizes for the ice cream. Now their supper cheep and give one small scoop for $6. We used to come here for years and were disappointed in the portions and the place smells like oil. I would go to a different ice cream place definitely

The person serving the ice cream had actually put the glove in their mouth before making our ice cream! When confronted about this issue, they first pretended it didn't happen, and then eventually admitted it but then said they didn't understand why it was a big deal to change gloves! The service was not great.

I would think it would be difficult to mess up ice cream but this place found a way!
Ice cream cups are served in the plastic top/cover. Plastic spoons are so cheap and flimsy it’s impossible to eat the ice cream until it’s melted and soft. The actual ice cream is mediocre. Service is sketchy. My son got a “medium” that was twice the size of my “medium”.
Probably best to walk a few blocks to another place

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was a pretty bad experience. There were flies literally everywhere, it reeked of old oil from them frying Oreos and funnel cakes. It was so strong that when I got in the car, my husband said you smell like oil. lol I had one girl in front of me and it took about 7 minutes to take my order because the cashier was just completely lost.. she only took orders while others made the orders. The people who made the orders were terrible at what they were doing. Ice cream was spilling out of bowls as they handed them to the customers, the hot fudge was chunky, the soft serve was definitely artificial. They’re also expensive but that was the least of my worries bc what do you expect in a popular vacation spot. $20 for a soft serve on a come with sprinkles and a medium ice cream in a bowl. The workers definitely need some direction. I definitely won’t be going there again.
