“Excellent service and coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They welcomed us upon entering the store. Coffee was fresh and made perfectly. We will definitely be back. Location was convenient and easy to get to and is located right near the boardwalk on 16th street next to the Quality Inn. There is parking available as well. Location was clean and plenty of comfortable seating.

“I stopped in at the Starbucks in coastal highway after my morning walk. Cashier was not the most pleasant, unlike most Starbucks he didn’t ask if I needed anything else or for a name. Ok maybe he’s having an off day. I go to use the restroom and it’s dirty. No hand soap and no toilet paper in the dispenser, worst part is I’m sitting here drinking my coffee and I see an employee use the same restroom without asking any hand soap with them. This location needs some follow up.

“Always a pleasant experience at the West OC Starbucks. Coffee and food is always fresh. Love the clover vertical option. Drive thru available, nice and cozy inside area. Staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful. Plenty of inside and outside seating.
