Starbucks in Ocean City

“If you were at this location this morning you are probably wondering how in the world I would give 5 stars. Hot food was backed way up. There was one barista not pulling her weight and it caused a back log of what looked like 30 items. She would take the sticker and just put it on the bag but never put anything in the oven. Then another barista (I wish I had her name) stepped in and along with the others worked together to get everything moving again.
I’ve worked in customer service and know how frustrating it is to have customers mad because of the poor quality one weak link can cause. Bravo to those who stepped and to the manger, I’d say there is some serious room for additional training or she might not me the right fit.“
