Tip jars are fine, but electronic tipping doesn't all go to the people that earned it and takes a long time to get to the staff member. If you like your service, tip in cash to the person you want to receive it.“
“I've got to hand it to this crew. They were dealing with a very grumpy customer when we walked up the first day here. They were all calm, let it roll of their backs as she screamed. We got our drinks, came back multiple days. Always great service and really well made drinks. Appreciate the crew rolling in stride, keep up the good work!“
“This is the best Starbucks service I've had in a while. The workers are patient and always smiling. They make sure that each customer has a great Starbucks experience. Not only are they nice, but also super efficient. I went back every single day of my vacation because the service was so amazing! “It's a Starbucks in a casino. Small staff and often a long line. I find the staff to always be pleasant and they generally have everything available. It's perfect for those moment where you've been in the casino too long and need a caffeine pick-me-up. :)“
