Harrahs Atlantic city Starbuck is Amazing Coffee Excellent and Carmel Crunch Frappuccino Excellent When I'm on vacation here this is my Good To place. keep up the excellent work!!!!
I ordered the same drink 3 days in a row and each day it was different. The first day was great. The second day it was a gloppy mess and they had to redo the drink 3 times. The third day was mediocre. I thought everyone was trained to make the drinks consistently. I was wrong. I finally realized they were never going to get this coffee right and I gave up. I won't be going back.
Customer service was amazing! Everyone was very welcoming and so nice! Drinks were made perfectly! So delicious and fresh!

These reviews of Starbucks Coffee Company highlight both inconsistent product quality and excellent customer service. One customer experienced variability in their drinks over three days, with the first being great, the second a mess, and the third mediocre, leading them to stop returning. In contrast, many reviews praise the staff, especially Robbie, for their friendly and helpful attitude. Robbie is described as warm, kind, and going above and beyond to ensure orders are correct. Customers appreciate the positive atmosphere created by staff members like Robbie, which makes the location feel more like a local cafe. The service is often quick, even during busy times, and mobile app orders are prepared efficiently. Customers who have interacted with Robbie feel welcomed and valued, often saying he makes their experience memorable and encourages repeat visits. Overall, while there are some issues with drink consistency, the friendly and caring staff, particularly Robbie, are a major reason why many choose this Starbucks location over others.
