I ordered the same drink 3 days in a row and each day it was different. The first day was great. The second day it was a gloppy mess and they had to redo the drink 3 times. The third day was mediocre. I thought everyone was trained to make the drinks consistently. I was wrong. I finally realized they were never going to get this coffee right and I gave up. I won't be going back.
I had such a great experience thanks to Robbie. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. They took the time to make sure my order was just right and even offered helpful suggestions. My drink came out perfect, and their positive attitude really made my day. Thank you for all the employees who help make my day better with coffee.
Placed my order with the mobile app and it was ready within 5 min despite them being super busy. Robbie greeted me at the pick up counter and was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!
