We've always made Thrashers our first stop on the boardwalk. This year however we received undercooked and soggy fries on three different occasions.
The fries where great! But the customer service is TERRIBLE!! They literally threw the fries at my kids, leaving grease stains on my daughters shirt, flung my sons soda at him and half of it spilt(was the mans fault for flinging it) then refused to fill it up after paying almost $7 for said drink. And to top it all off..not one but 2!! Employees cussed at my son for asking for ketchup.
