I was there with my 96 year old mother. Teapot leaked all over the table without us ever touching it. I politely brought this to someones attention. The manager got mad with me because I poured it wrong. I explained that we had not touched the teapot. He cleaned the table and showed his annoyance then proceeded to "teach" me how to pour it.
