How is this place still in business? Ordered a large pizza ( said) about 15 minutes, it eas almost 22, but the biggest complaint, the pizza was raw & didn't get all ( 5 ) topping on every slice! My husband ate the pizza I wanted to throw it in the trash!!! AND NO MENUS???? I won't eat here again if it was the last pizza place on the planet!!! They should be shut down for selling raw pizza crust!!!

Utter ridiculous. I ordered on line. Was not notified that it was contracted to Door Dash. I ordered my food at 4:20 pm. Was suppose to arrive at 5:15 at the latest. Food arrived at 6:10. And my beverage was missing. The dasher said he never received it. I called the store, the shift leader said he put it out but notified the dasher didn’t grab it. He said he was so busy and didn’t have a driver. Continued to explain how overwhelmed he was but only offered for me to contact door dash to get a refund or my beverage. While I was on the phone with DD she was talking to another Pizza Hut store. That rep was incredibly rude and hung up on her. We finally got in contact with the Odenton store and the shift leader was still overwhelmed. Continuously put us on hold. Refused to confirm that the DD ticket was received because he said he was too busy. Just chaos. Never received my beverage btw. And will never return as a PH customer since I witness that they do not hire professional staff anywhere in the US and they don’t provide customer service professional development for them. Shame on you. You can do better.

The special "value" is deceiving, Pizza Hut just lacks the quality it has held from the past experiences. The cheese was a bit rubbery, and the crust was missing full coverage as there were holes that let the tomato sauce fall through. There are better options elsewhere.. hope they can return to better impressions!

This is the absolute worst pizza I've ever had and only got worse over last 1 yr. I tried them 3 different times, before it was below.average. tonight was absolutely disgusting, dough not cooked on cheese sticks on all of them, supreme pizza had basically 0 cheese little toppings looked.and tasted like it sat out for 2 days. The cheese pizza was fresh only because they forgot to make it so we waited for whole order to be finished. Save your money don't order from here

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO I WOULD. My husband Called to place an order at the Odenton Location. Someone claiming to be the "General Manager" was slurring and all over the place with her words while on the phone. My husband stated we would be paying cash at time of delivery (We have always paid cash at delivery)She said no they do not accept cash at delivery (They Always have, we ordered 2 weeks ago Paid cash) My husband said ok never mind and hung up. THE "General manager" CALLED MY HUSBANDS PHONE BACK ARGUMENTATIVE AND ASKED FOR CREDIT CARD TO PLACE THE ORDER..MY HUSBAND HAD ALREADY SAID NEVER MIND. .That was very unprofessional. WE AGAIN declined .
I called to speak to somone else , The SAME person answered, I simply said"I am wondering do you accept cash at delivery" Her response " I TOLD YOUR HUSBAND(I never introduced myself) we do not accept cash at delivery he can come in store to pay cash"(if this is new nothing was advertised ) Also apparently They have no delivery drivers and No stores in the area that deliver accept cash .Per PIZZA HUT ODENTONS "GENERAL MANAGER" THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. !

Horrible service food is barely cooked and took over 2 hours for delivery from a person that didn't speak English.
I have to say I never received a raw pizza for delivery before. My son wouldn't eat it and I thought he was exaggerating..but yep.. it was just raw dough pizza $45 down the drain for 2 $12 pizzas and a brownie. Make it make sense. And it was supposed to be vegi pizzas. Somehow they sent just jalapeños on half. I'm flabbergasted.

Took me twice to walk in to get service but cashier was nice . I asked for well done and it looks and tastes bland/nasty … not to mention it still very doughy . I was in no rush so I’m confused. also these Cinnabons …. There’s more icing then buns
I would not recommend this Pizza Hut. The delivery was 20 minutes late and the driver marked the pizza as delivered well before they delivered it. The app told me the pizza was delivered so I was looking all over for my pizza. Once it finally arrived it was lukewarm and the cheese was burnt.

Ordered carry out was supposed to take 30 mins showed up at the 30m mark the nice lady at front was like um I don't have your order ok where is my order I don't know let me go see comes back I'm sorry we don't have it yet ok well how much longer? Comes back they haven't even made it yet I understand things get backed up but to not even make it yet no attempt to is messed up will never go back and I encourage everyone else to do the same go to another place
