I will never do business with a place that will not return my cash when I pay in cash and they mess up my order and then on top of it they retaliated by making the first pizza for me in 12 minutes, but the second people pizza was good now take 50 minutes For me to wait for my next Pizza and the day and it was them that screwed up in the first place

Watching Brittany Nolan ( general manager) literally nod off while making pizzas is my favorite past time. All I can hope for is people enjoying unwashed hands touching their food after she scratched the pants past her ankles. Other than that the inside is hardly ever swept/mopped, you'd think the small space would be easy to clean but I guess the staff is too busy smoking cigarettes and using their phones.

How is this place still in business? Ordered a large pizza ( said) about 15 minutes, it eas almost 22, but the biggest complaint, the pizza was raw & didn't get all ( 5 ) topping on every slice! My husband ate the pizza I wanted to throw it in the trash!!! AND NO MENUS???? I won't eat here again if it was the last pizza place on the planet!!! They should be shut down for selling raw pizza crust!!!

Utter ridiculous. I ordered on line. Was not notified that it was contracted to Door Dash. I ordered my food at 4:20 pm. Was suppose to arrive at 5:15 at the latest. Food arrived at 6:10. And my beverage was missing. The dasher said he never received it. I called the store, the shift leader said he put it out but notified the dasher didn’t grab it. He said he was so busy and didn’t have a driver. Continued to explain how overwhelmed he was but only offered for me to contact door dash to get a refund or my beverage. While I was on the phone with DD she was talking to another Pizza Hut store. That rep was incredibly rude and hung up on her. We finally got in contact with the Odenton store and the shift leader was still overwhelmed. Continuously put us on hold. Refused to confirm that the DD ticket was received because he said he was too busy. Just chaos. Never received my beverage btw. And will never return as a PH customer since I witness that they do not hire professional staff anywhere in the US and they don’t provide customer service professional development for them. Shame on you. You can do better.

The special "value" is deceiving, Pizza Hut just lacks the quality it has held from the past experiences. The cheese was a bit rubbery, and the crust was missing full coverage as there were holes that let the tomato sauce fall through. There are better options elsewhere.. hope they can return to better impressions!
