Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I went to store #293 today and noticed they had my two favorite flavors that I like to get together. I ordered a large 1/2 lemon and 1/2 sour patch kids (red), just to realize as I continue to dig and dig to the bottom of the cup that there was no lemon in the cup. I can’t eat just the sour patch by itself. I have to have the lemon with it. I take a different route to get home just to see if they have those two flavors that I can enjoy together. They rarely have the sour patch kids. I was very excited to see they had both today just to be disappointed all over again as I didn’t get what I asked or paid for.

Can be a little slow and it's really hot waiting on the side of the building, but their custard is so good and the texture is perfect. Love when they have the strawberry and banana flavors - they swirl so well! (Forgot to take the picture before I started eating it lol)

$10 for toppings? It was less than $2 the other day!

I visited Rita’s this past Monday and was very pleased with my service. This young lady, I forget her name, but it may have been Tegan served me. I got a small mango ice and it was very refreshing! The service was amazing and it is nice to know there are still good people in the world that care about the customer. 5 stars!

We came here once a week all last year. The staff is always friendly.

Great service

Mom's favorite ice cream place in America. Young ladies are sweet and hard working there. We specifically love one of them she is always greets up with beautiful wide smiles and adds slightly more than the other when I take it to go for Mom, when she isn't with me. One person can make a real difference in other's lives. Thanks sweetheart.

They used to rotate flavors every day and now it’s the same flavors all the time. They never have strawberry or watermelon anymore!

Nice place to get a quick treat. Can get busy but service is usually quick. Food is fine for what you'd expect

Large mango misto shake...quite refreshing. It tasted a little like a Starbust.
