Perfect
FANTASTIC afternoon with Ruth's Chris today!
I've been many times, but not with a large group like today.
Everything was executed with PERFECTION for The Northern Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce meeting, of which Ruths Chris is a member, which shows their dedication to the community.
Special shout out to Kelly S., who kept our event seamless, including her attention to my personal dietary needs, and keeping everything on time. Also to add thank you to Julie for her awesome customer care.
AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you!
This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, parking was easy, and the restaurant was clean. I wish I could remember our server’s name, I think it was Ryan; he went above and beyond to make our small celebration special. Thank you!
Backup bartender was pretty bad. Ignored me the entire time while the initial bartender went on break. But the primary bartender was good.
Food was excellent, we started with a dozen oysters on a half shell and mushroom stuffed with crab meat for an appetizer! We had T-Bone steaks cooked and seasoned to perfection!!! Brussel sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes and spinach!!! Everything was absolutely delicious! 🤤 😋 😋
I feel the wait staff was above part. The steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted it. We had the potatoes which were very good and the salads that could have been made a bit better but on all good. I decided to take home a desert enjoy at a later time.
I ordered your home Made cheesecake.
I looked forward to it because it is my favorite.
But I was sadly let down.
If I had still been in the restaurant I would have asked for my money back.
It was dry and very chunky.
Cheesecake is supposed to be smooth creamy full body with a great full flavor of cheese with a Tang with a little sweet.
You really missed the mark.
Go back to the drawing board and find a better recipe...
This one is not working.
My husband and I came here to celebrate my 30th Birthday. The service was phenomenal, drinks were great, however sadly the food left much to be desired. Which is sad considering Saturdays is when the A-team is on at most if not all restaurants. We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller as an appetizer, this was the only solid part of our meal. We ordered the Porterhouse for two medium rare, the filet section of the steak was over cooked. The Au Gratin potatoes were just diced potatoes smothered in cheese - as opposed to the traditional au gratin potatoes that are scalloped/sliced with a creamy cheese sauce and broiled. The lobster Mac and cheese had good flavor from the green hatch chile, but not creamy nor did it have the delicious broiled bread crumb topping that we’ve had at RC steakhouse in other locations. The brussel sprouts were very greasy. The food was good, not by any means great to justify the price paid. This is probably a good location to come to for happy hour. I wouldn’t recommend this location for a nice dinner. We have had an outstanding dining experience at RC steakhouse in Miami, New Orleans, and Pentagon City locations. Unfortunately, this location did not meet expectations.

I attended a seminar here. The food was good but my stuffed chicken... Too salty, I don't use salt.

Our company holiday party was at Ruth's Chris. Everything was good, except the steamed broccoli. The broccoli needed another 3 minutes in the steamer or something.
Spicy Salmon was good and so were the mashed potatoes

Pros: Great food, good amount of parking, friendly staff
Cons: Staff not informed about menu items and related food allergies. I was "assured" that one item was gluten free, but it wasn't and I am paying for it.

Our server was the one bright spot throughout the duration of this entire experience. He was attentive and empathetic when we made him aware of the various challenges we experienced.
My experience here fell far below the standard I have previously known Ruth's Chris to hold in the past.
This was my first time at the Odenton, MD location as I typically frequent the location in Pikesville, MD. We arrived approximately 9 minutes prior to the reservation time of 8:30pm but were not seated until approximately 8:45pm. I normally would not call out an annoyance like this but the issues, but it was indicative of the theme of the overall experience. We ordered one cherry old fashioned and one traditional old fashioned. Neither tasted as you would expect an old fashioned to taste. They did not have block ice cubes and the smoker was not working. We ordered lobster bisque as an appetizer. It unfortunately arrived to our table with a taste as if it was burned or sat in the pot all day. After taking account of all of these unfortunate things, we decided to end the meal there, pay and leave for a better experience at The Prime Rib.
While I will presume this experience was anomalous to the overall Ruth's Chris offering, I will not return to this particular location. Disorganized is the adjective best describes our experience. This was the recurring theme from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

We have been coming here for Thanksgiving with our family for years. The waitress Sarah is 2nd to none and makes the entire experience that much better. The turkey dinner is traditional and amazing as are the steaks as you would expect.

The service and atmosphere was top tier. Really cute place to get pictures and servers are extremely nice. Now the food.. why are we serving the steak on a bread plate when the sides are a la carte. Where am I supposed to put the sides? Are we all supposed to put our forks in the dish. We need a normal size plates. Also the steak was extremely salty and the plate presentation definitely does not equal the cost. I also recommend putting the butter in the side. It was an over season steak smothered in butter. I really wasn’t a fan. The lobster Mac tasted unfinished under the hard cheese crust and the apple crumble was cold. We literally waited 15 min for the dessert and the pie was cold with a side of ice cream. To me the restaurant charges 5 star prices but the food was giving Applebees. Also the Crab Beignets, had a weird taste and texture .. idk I was not impressed by the food at all. I probably won’t return since I have experience way better steak house restaurants. The kitchen could use some improvements but everything else was great.
