I’m really glad I missed my turn, used their lot to turn around (and found really good donuts at excellent prices).
A very polite guy helped me immediately when I walked in. It was not busy at 1 pm.
The place has plenty of parking and access is easy off and back on 175.
Excellent variety and not your typical DD fixed flavors

As first time customers here, the employee was very patient with us as we made our decisions. The donuts were ok, but not our favorite. The kolaches were our reason for stopping. They were very filling and tasteful.

I was really wanting to like Shipley donuts, but unfortunately, the atmosphere was weird. The service and the staff are just not attentive. And I didn't get my order right! I ordered things and they didn't give me what I ordered. Something was missing from one of my other orders, and honestly,my experience there SUCKED. An online order... And I still had to stand in line for 20 minutes. The service there is horrible! I don't recommend if you're going to go, then go to a different one other than the Odenton location. As for the food, I am don't dislike it. I think it was decent. The prices are okay, but go to a different location.

It’s better than the competition and any of the chain stores. Facilities were clean plenty of handicap parking. Staff was extremely helpful

We came here because we were at the go kart place down the street and had a certificate for free donuts that was gifted to us. Honestly, I would not make the trip in the future as there are plenty of other donut places that excel at making donuts. Ordered with the girl at front. She never spoke, just typed things into the computer, handed us our items and did it all with a sour face. The donuts were shaped like bolts for the most part, which was interesting. The toppings tasted like frosting from a canister at the grocery store that you put on cake. We did not care for our donuts and would not go again.
What i had tasted like soap, but I will try a different flavor and re rate. Service and price are wonderful.

I’m visiting my parents here in Maryland, coming from Fort Riley, KS, and I am on my way to Cape May, NJ. We decided to stop here for donuts and ended up getting both donuts and kolaches. I loved that their food is handmade in the back. The kolaches were really soft with the sausage stuffed inside and the creamy cheese bursting with a bit of spice from the jalapeños. If I ever come back to visit or end up living in Maryland again, I would definitely stop here again. Their donuts and kolaches are the SHIP!

When I’m having a down day ..I got to Shipley’s for a doughnut . Today was a filled Bavarian bar. Delicious and the cold brew sea salt caramel was refreshing too.

Just stopped by, Sunday morning 9:51 and they only have 2 types Kolache available. I guess they only sell donuts. Need to change your sign

I was hesitant, another donut shop? But the donuts were great! I would say it's texture wise between a cakey donut (dunkin) and a krispy kreme yeasted donut. The choco glazed w nuts had walnuts which was an interesting but delicious choice. The jalapeño sausage cheese kolache was great too! Like a comforting warm hot pocket that didnt burn your mouth.
