This is definitely a hidden gem. Great selection of whiskey and bourbons. One of the best I have seen. The food was quick and delicious. Highly recommend the brisket, wings, and honestly anything! Can’t wait to return. The bartender and staff were great as well!

My 70 year old father lives in North Carolina, and every time he visits Delaware he looks forward to his Kareoke night on Wednesdays at the hideaway. Unfortunately his sad experience last night is a reason he will most likely never be back. He ubered (completely sober) by himself at 5 pm so he could have a fun, responsible night and hold down a table so me and another family friend could meet him. An extremely rude waitress, Lisa, came over to him and said “those seats are saved.” There is a sign on the table that says no saving seats or no reservations. After my dad asked a few questions regarding this, Lisa responded “well you can sit there, but I just won’t serve you.” As a fellow entrepreneur myself, I could never imagine treating my customers or a patron like this. My dad proceeded to go over to Jen at the bar and talk to her about the situation, to which she replied “Don’t do that.” (Like she did not want to hear what he had to say) I have always grown up with the “respect your elders” mentality, unfortunately these two did not. I’m very saddened, as we have always enjoyed going here for music, games, and Kareoke. I have even brought countless friends to support the business. My dad is not a “problem customer” in the slightest. Do better, Hideaway.

I got their St. Louis Ribs which were great! Didn't need a sauce since they were well seasoned. Although, their Blackberry Chipotle sauce is SOOO good. You can buy a bottle from them too.
Service is wonderful, staff was very friendly.
Parking was decent, but it does get busy and packed on weekends during peak hours.

The best BBQ I’ve ever had! The customer service was outstanding—from the friendly host who greeted us at the door, to our attentive server and the bartender. Every dish we tried was delicious and full of flavor. The only area for improvement would be ensuring the food is served a bit hotter. Overall, an amazing experience!

Awesome place to eat. Staff was super friendly & accommodating. GREAT FOOD Off the main road, back road to get there😂😅🤣 Daughter took us. Have no idea how her & her friends found such a GREAT little GEM? She LOVES the baked potatoes 🥔. Salmon was perfectly prepared. Tacos 🌮 were super. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best wings I've had - smoked, flash fried and perfectly seasoned. I order double, one to eat, the other to go. Size never disappoints, not talking about yard bird here.
Their Version of nachos is a must try.
