Do not trust the drive thru orders at this location. They literally get it wrong 9/10 times. Check your order before you leave. Take up us much time as you need in the drive thru. They are notoriously TERRIBLE at getting orders wrong, every time. Never fails. Drove all the way home only to find out half of my meal was missing, came back to get the rest of my order & nothing was offered for the inconvenience. I literally wasted 30 minutes of my time. And, this has happened. so. many. times. Love chick fil a, hate how bad this location is at coordinating orders.
This is our neighborhood Chick-fil-A, and we have always known Chick-fil-A to be to have excellent customer service. In fact, we regularly see the owner there. That is why it was very unfortunate to see how my wife was treated there today (January 19th). She went to pick up a Chick-fil-A meal for our son. When the food arrived at home, and he opened it, he noticed that his bun was covered with some unidentified red-colored substance. We didn’t know what this substance was, or whether it was edible, but we were not going to feed this to our child. She drove 12-15 minutes back to the store with the meal looking for an exchange. The manager there, (Edwin) was very rude to my wife. According to my wife, he took one look at the sandwich as she described the strange red-colored substance and seemed unconcerned. He asked her what she wanted. When she said a replacement sandwich and fries, he said, why? What’s wrong with the fries? She said they are cold now. He then started an exchange with my wife about how far she had driven, suggesting that she had only driven one minute, which is not true, but that is not the point. She shouldn’t have had to come back at all. As a Signature Customer, my expectation is that we should be able to enjoy the meal together, not in parts, especially due to the inconvenience. That’s the kind of customer accommodation I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A and why my family has frequented this restaurant chain. Instead, this manager chose to be rude and argumentative, not giving up the fries without a debate which upset my wife and then upset me a great deal. Finally, when she tried to get his name, he threw up his hand and wouldn’t say. She waited until one of the employees finally told her his name. As she was leaving, Edwin said “Good Luck.” That’s not the kind of service I want for my family.

This restaurant is terrible, the management is awful, and the customer service is dreadful. It's not the same as it used to be; it has declined in quality and in the courtesy shown to its guests.

I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! The customer service is exceptional, and the food is served quickly. If there’s ever an issue with an order, the staff is always eager to make it right. I’ve visited several Chick-fil-A locations, and this one truly stands out.
The customers are also consistently polite, and I’ve even experienced “pay it forward” moments that remind me there are still kind-hearted people in the world. I believe the welcoming and positive atmosphere that Chick-fil-A fosters plays a big role in this.
To Chick-fil-A headquarters and the Olney location: thank you for your outstanding service and the joy you bring to every visit. Keep up the great work!

Bad customer service takes my order at the microphone accepts my payment and then at the window expects me to pay more money, absolute nonsense. If your employees don’t know how to charge someone properly that is on you you should not make the customer suffer for that.

The past three times we’ve been there: the first time, they missed a sandwich; the second time, they gave me sweetened tea when I asked for unsweetened; and the third time, they forgot the fries.
Very Disappointing experience, waited in line for 30 minutes at 3:00 in the afternoon, slow line, Food was Cold.

Portions keep getting smaller and prices keep going up. This place reeks of inflation gouging.
Great service, quick but good food that’s usually consistent anywhere you stop. Nice to see a play area at this location if you have little ones. Don’t see them too often anymore.

Called chick-fil-a today at 4:45 and asked to speak with a manager who ever answered the phone was very rude disrespectful and hung up on me
