Called chick-fil-a today at 4:45 and asked to speak with a manager who ever answered the phone was very rude disrespectful and hung up on me

The Olney store is clean and comfortable. I especially liked the way the manager, Brian, was observant when two staff members were being unprofessional. Even though they were off the clock, they were still in uniform eating in the dining area. He spoke discreetly with them because they were being loud. He also cleared my tray for me, which is uncommon these days in a fast food restaurant. I'd return to this location again and again. The food is fresh and so yummy!

It's awesome to have a Chick Fil A in Olney, but the service is painfully slow for both dine in and drive-thru. I tried going twice at different times. The staff are all very friendly. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and the food tasted just as good as any other location. I really hope they are able to figure out how to get food out faster.
