Eduardo is very rude. asked for a cup and got attitude out of nowhere? (not the first time he’s been like this) very disrespectful even other customers heard. doesnt take much to have a normal encounter especially if he’s only doing checkout and just standing there. please hire competent people for jobs the require human interaction.

Im a local truck driver delivering to many shopping centers so i am always at chipotles. Been to many chipotles, INCLUDING HERE. I always order the same thing. A bowl with only corn and tomato with a protien on top. No rice, no beans, nothing else. This location told me, I can only have 1 scoop and i would be charged an additional price for every additional scoop of corn or tomatos. So i either have to have a bowl with all the other items i dont want or just have an empty bowl with only those 2 little scoops. In the end i was denied service and told to go to another location. I will be advocating to every person i know in the shopping center, area, and truckers to never touch this location. Also making further contact up the chain. 8:30 pm sunday sept 7th 2025.

My food was not cooked to a safe temperature. Compared to other locations in the Olney area, the portion sizes here are noticeably smaller. The service is consistently unpleasant, and the tables are often dirty.

I had the worst bowl of my life yesterday. I was given the smallest scoop of rice, which was fine because the little rice in the bowl was wet and undercooked . This is not the first time I’ve been to this location and was served undercooked food. another time the green peppers in the fajitas were served raw. Still crunchy and intact like they were just cut. Everything else was cold.

I never leave reviews but this was enough to ruin my day. Will not be returning to this location.

The food tastes fine, but the newer employees tend to serve the smallest portions possible. If you're a fan of the Chipotle Tabasco sauce, be aware that this location almost never has it in stock! I constantly have to ask for it, which becomes a frustrating and a waste of time. If the manager reads this can you PLEASE order a lot of the Chipotle Tabasco sauce PLEASE.

If you want a burrito the size of a child’s fist, this is the Chipotle for you. If you want guac that has clearly been sitting at least a day, this Chipotle is for you. If you want customer service to offer you a side of guacamole after completely messing up 3 entrees, this is the company for you. Really I’m never going back to this location again. Too many chances given, each time my food is garbage. Go to Gaithersburg or another restaurant, thank me later

Ordered a burrito, came as a bowl, had to go back through the drive through to have them make it right. Sticker on the bag clearly showed burrito and not bowl. Still mistakes happen, and I get that but it also needed more meat. Leaves me to wonder if the bowls have less meat than the burritos ?

This chipotle skimp out on the double food orders. Other chipotle’s are way better when it comes to giving double meat. As a chef, you should feel ashamed of your customer finishes your meal and is still hungry. Especially after ordering double chicken.This chipotle needs to step their game up. My 5 yr old could eat 2 of these bowls…
