I went on 04/24/25 at around 9:45pm. There was a gentleman (Indian or Latino) couldn’t tell. He was cleaning getting ready to close. He left the broom on the side and came to serve me without washing his hands or wearing gloves. He didn’t even mixed my ice cream all the toppings where all at the bottom, he looked like he hated his job. I didn’t eat my ice cream cause he was touching it with his dirty hands… the worst part he grabbed the spoons from the side you put in your mouth ( WITH DIRTY HANDS) soo disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

This place is way too small for this type of business. It is also dirty and there is little upkeep as the customers come and go. The staff seem overwhelmed and have little space to work and move around to assist and serve customers. They have to work so fast, they cannot even make and mix the ingridients correctly to the icecream flavors to move people along - in the very tight space. Our ice creams were just so bland considering the price; I can get better and cheaper from the grocery store! I tried it once - Not going back again. UGH.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but this place is really filthy and people should know that.We ordered from a guy who was talking to someone on his airpods while taking our order and sat down at the only table and it was covered in dried drippings from previous people. I dropped a napkin on the ground and accidentally touched a roach when I blindly reached to pick it up. There was a ton of food bits on the ground, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was gross, the windows were dirty.I ended up tossing my ice cream because touching the cockroach just made my stomach turn wondering what it looks like behind the counter.

Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream, but this particular location needs some help or something. The counters are DIRTY, the bathroom was out of order. It’s not somewhere you want to get food from.
