I'm not usually one to leave reviews but this place is really filthy and people should know that.We ordered from a guy who was talking to someone on his airpods while taking our order and sat down at the only table and it was covered in dried drippings from previous people. I dropped a napkin on the ground and accidentally touched a roach when I blindly reached to pick it up. There was a ton of food bits on the ground, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was gross, the windows were dirty.I ended up tossing my ice cream because touching the cockroach just made my stomach turn wondering what it looks like behind the counter.

Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream, but this particular location needs some help or something. The counters are DIRTY, the bathroom was out of order. It’s not somewhere you want to get food from.

Standard as far as ice cream, service was what you expect from high school kids, the two stars is mostly because the place was filthy … everywhere I looked. Didn’t make me feel happy to eat it.

Went to the store in Olney Friday night. Got two pints. Was surprised at the confused attitude of the employees. Got our pints, only to discover that this supposedly great ice cream was decidedly NOT even close to as good as several grocery store gallons. What is the big deal about this place? For the cost you would expect something really good and definitely not half melted! Unfortunately, we will never return. A Jimmy Cone blows them away.

Walked in to Coldstone today, April 2, 2023, 4:30 PM to order an ice cream, and the person in there asked me what I would like, So I responded, "I would like.." Then she turns to who seems like a new employee and began talking to him for like 2 minutes, giving some information or something. Anyway, I was in shock to see that kind of service. It was like saying the customer can wait. Handling employees is more important. I was the only customer, and the fact that she cut me off and didn't even let me finish my order shows the level of focus she had. Needless to say, I just left, didn't even complain or say a word. All I wanted was just a scoop of ice cream.

I had the best experience ever at this location because of Diamond. I've been coming here for years and never had this level of customer service. Hire more people like her!! I will definitely be back. Thank you Diamond!!

I have had good and bad experiences at this location but that is normal with anyplace you go. I always go back to this location because it is close and it's one of the few places to get ice cream in olney. I love the shakes and the ice cream. If you are in olney looking for ice cream, check out coldstone but just order ahead or there might be a little bit of a line when you arrive.
