It was hot and ready to go when I came in. A little expensive but it hit the spot. Can't really sk for more!

I ordered a takeout pizza and it was completely undercooked—the dough was rubbery and raw. When I called to complain, they didn’t even bother to apologize. It felt like they’re used to doing things wrong. Avoid this place.

Hooked us up with some extra dipping sauces for the boys back at the fire hall.

We ordered online (50% discount) during the NCAA basketball tournament. The pizza was great (memphis chicken, pacific veggie) and timely. We've done this annually for a dozen years. Always good - our interactions were top notch.

This pizza had a pile of corn meal - probably a half cup or more - INSIDE THE PIZZA - which came tumbling out as I was eating. I have never seen this with any pizza joint anywhere!

I am 7.5 miles from nearest shop and the system says I'm to far but see the drivers drive by. Complete B.S.

UPDATE: In response to Domino's reply below, I did this already: please check the email inbox. It was sent at 4:55pm on Monday 5/20.....
I should have read these reviews prior to giving them a try. I had a similar experience to others - TERRIBLE customer service, incorrect order, and when I called once I discovered the wrong order, the 15 year old who took my call could not have cared less if she tried. She then charged me for a corrected order (NOT MY FAULT), and when the order was delivered, the delivery guy said I needed to pay because it was marked as not being paid for....I called up the girl again on the delivery guy's phone and asked what the hell she did with my credit card info if she didn't actually charge it. She admitted she had messed up the order AGAIN and needed to cancel it out, hence why I was being asked to pay again. I said absolutely NOT, I would not pay AGAIN (going on $95 now, for 2 pizzas). I should not have had to pay for the replacements anyway - any other time a mistake like this has been made, the company has sent a replacement free of charge. Who is training these kids...?! I will absolutely not ever give this store my business again - I asked her to have her supervisor call me but that request was ignored. So, I'm placing my complaint here in public. Read the reviews on this store and BELIEVE THEM.

Same as with everything else these days. No matter how they try and church it up, the price-point is set at the barest minimum level of quality the customer is willing to pay, for the absolute maximum price they can get away with. Who wins? The suit-wearing corporate greed-heads of course. Who loses? The workers and the consumer, as always. Bottom line: Outrageous prices for a “meh” product and a freakin’ brand.

The second time we’ve ordered pizza and received it this way. Undercooked, no sauce and minimal toppings. Tastes like soggy bread with cheese. Terrible. Called the store and the 15-year-old manager really didn’t care at all.
