The second time we’ve ordered pizza and received it this way. Undercooked, no sauce and minimal toppings. Tastes like soggy bread with cheese. Terrible. Called the store and the 15-year-old manager really didn’t care at all.

Ordered food for my family. The forgot my sandwich and I called them as soon as I knew. Was told they would send it out and it would be here in 20 mins… 40 minutes later and the driver finally showed. Then they told me it was going to be a $5 charge!!! I already paid for my food and it’s not my fault they messed up. So I had to call back and argue with the manager! Why!? I will never spend my money with them again!

It took them one hour to deliver our order with no apology. The delivery person didn't leave our contactless order at the door. They've had mostly reliable service in the past though.

My food was over cooked and barely edible. I stopped eating dominoes because of its poor quality and thought I see if the quality has gotten better , it hasn’t . I should of went to a regular pizza shop the quality would have been worth the price I feel bad feeding my kids this horrible pizza but it late now and they have school in the am

I called during normal business hours to try to order a pizza but, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Hence, I called PapaJohns!
Food arrived and it was/is clear it was shifting around in the boxes. Worst part its cold from sitting outside so long.The driver left the food on the porch without ringing the doorbell to let me know he arrived (even though I asked in the instructions to ring the bell).The food sat outside for 17 minutes before I checked my cameras.Tried calling the location 3x and just received a busy signal. It’s a Thursday at 8:30pm but I can’t get through.Worst dominoes service I have received.

I like this location bc of it’s LOCATION…please calm the young employees down on the weekends when pizza’s are pumping out the door, the quality has been going down and lately when I come pick up my carry out it looks like madness and the pizza too looks sloppy and crazy….ours is in the family oven now finishing off.
