All in all, not the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The floor and counter is pretty clean, tables free of trash, and bathroom was clean enough. I don’t know the exact time when the franchise changed owners, but when it did, it was pretty obvious. Let me warn everyone that reads this… ORDER ONLINE!!! I ordered in-person this morning and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes until someone actually helped me. The catch, one of the workers was standing at the POS machine, not answering me. I later learned HE DIDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH! Then after another worker saw he was struggling, she decided to help and she spoke perfect english and actually knew how to use the POS system. I don’t know why they put him at front of house. My order came pretty quick, the service is not good whatsoeverWheelchair accessibility: Specific wheelchair accessible parking
The worst place if you go in the morning and don’t have time to wait there for 20 minutes for 1 item. Even if you place an online order for it in advance you will still get there order will not be ready and have to wait 10 minutes plus. The other dunkin in olney with the drive thru never leaves you waiting.

Came here on Veterans Day for the free Veterans Day donut advertised everywhere. The manager rolled his eyes and said thats not a thing.Waste of time. Thanks Dunkin!

They had no bags of regular coffee for sale either whole beans or ground, only Hazelnut, French Vanilla and Decaf. Counter person did not seem to care.

Service is really fast. The staff are nice and chill and laid-back. Food and drinks get served in less than a minute. I recommended the sweet bacon w croissant and large ice coffee.. very refreshing

i do not recommend this location at all ! for 2 reasons : one is the latte maker( hot drink maker !) is down 70% of the time , so you will park the car and once you get in , and it's your turn , you are informed that you have wasted your time ! secondly , the staff members are not well trained, they are slow and are unable to assist you with use of the app. in summary i'm not going back unless i have to !

I have visited this Dunkin multiple times and I feel like parking can be a little difficult at times. I always get a caramel iced coffee. I've never had a bad personal experience here.
