My first visit at this location and it was wonderful. I picked a great day to come in with my family for breakfast because there was no lunch rush, no long wait to rece ive my order and the food excellent. My favorite meal is the veggie egg white omelet and the protein pancakes. My server was courteous and welcoming. My children even gave him 2 thumbs up each and said they enjoyed their birthday cake pancake breakfast. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Tips: get your food in to containers with to go utensils when dining in to avoid uncleaned items. Covid is going around protect yourself.
My daughter loves IHOP, I prefer the other breakfast location in town but I was like cool lets go being my last experience was on a weekend and surprisingly even though it was busy it positive seated fast, food servered fast and excellent service.
Well today was a little different, it was during the week so it wasn't as busy but we entered no one was at the front so we had to wait, after a few minutes someone came over to seat us.
Server (the reason for the two stars) was extremely nice, very professional. Quickly took our order. She quickly brought out drinks and poured my coffee nice touch. Food came out pretty quick, it was hot and tasty. Even my daughter said she was impressed.
The issue came when I noticed after drinking half my coffee it was a lipstick stain on my mug. Sigh I don't wear lipstick. I alerted my server, she was extremely apologetic told me she would take off the drink and get her manager.
Manager came said she was sorry wasn't anything else she could do but she would speak to the dishwasher. She was nice however it didn't seem serious to her. I know mistakes happen but with covid numbers rising, flu cases increasing and the high number of elderly who visit this location it alarmed me.
Be careful may want to request everything is put in a to go to be safe.

Very disappointed in our first trip to this IHOP. We went on a Friday evening and the service was horrible. We didn't get a single refill of drinks even when the server said when he comes back, he would bring a refill. I was very loudly sipping my straw in the nearly empty restaurant trying to get someone to pay attention, but no one came and hardly ever did anyone walk by. The tables had partially filled drinks that were abandoned and never cleaned. We were told when we got there that our server was busy and someone else took our order, yet there was no one in the restaurant. The women's bathroom was nasty in the fact that it felt like the entire floor was coated in soda and my shoes were sticking to the floor. It's sad as it's so close, but we will not return.

The service was okay, but we had Waite a while for our food. The coffee was so bad and they made another pot of coffee and it was the same as the first. This wasn't my second time visiting this place, and the restaurant wasn't busy either time we went their.
Absolutely THEE worse Ihop in all of Montgomery County, MD. First and foremost, they have it feeling like Alaska in there with the air conditioning on -25°. You can’t even enjoy your food because of the freezing temperature. I sat there for 20 minutes while the only two servers (one who’s seemingly some high school kid) served everyone but me, including people that came in long after I did. Finally the lead server comes over to take my order which included coffee. I then sat for another almost 15 minutes before he brought me the coffee.
The food came out with no utensils. I asked for utensils and had to wait a good 5 minutes before I got them. Meanwhile the freezing temperature is making my food cold.
To the owner of this franchise location, don’t operate a business if you don’t have sufficient staff to do so. Clearly this place lacks better trained individuals who know how to appropriately serve the public. There is absolutely no reason people should be receiving that kind of customer service.

Lemon Ricotta French Toast really hit the spot. It was a great place to go with a small group of friends. Great prices and I was happy to redeem my pan-coins from the stack market!

I took my kids (8 years old) to breakfast a few days back. It was busy but we immediately got a seat and our server (Faith) was on top of things. She was very friendly and had a welcoming smile. We are working on teaching the kids etiquette when out (elbows off the table, eye contact, please and thank you), and one thing my son walked away with after the meal is that Faith was a really nice person. Not sure servers are aiming to get a kudos from those in the 8 year old world, but I can tell you it's rarely given freely. Great job. I had the Eggs Benedict, and the kids love all the different options on the pancakes from thr kids menu. The food was very good, and all in all we were in, ate and out in less than 45min. Great job!
Parking: The IHOP is part of a retail complex so it does share spaces with other retailers. It typically isn't a problem, but can get full on a Saturday morning.
Kid-friendliness: The kids love going to IHOP. The menu is very kid friendly, as was the staff.
