I visited this restaurant with my friends the other day, they food was bland and mediocre I could've made it on my own and done better. When I got up from my seat and entered their woman's bathroom, this overwhelming scent of cheese and vomit wafted into my nose. it was disgusting! not only that but when we first sat at our table there were Parmesan cheese crumbs from the previous guest. Then when it was time to pay, my friends wanted to pay for their food with apple pay but the server took her phone and walked away without even bringing anything but to return back 30 seconds later and say that their server was down?! This is unacceptable a restaurant should prioritize cleanliness, the taste of the food, and their online servers so people can pay for their food. I used to like their pizza but their pasta is always under cooked, their wings and bland and their appetizers suck. I will not be dining here again.

Family friendly atmosphere. Plenty of delicious Italian food to choose form the the menu. Great spot for lunch time. Dinner time sometimes can have a bit of slow service, otherwise, still recommend to dine in.

My review is about the asparagus seafood. It is an excellent dish if you love shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, asparagus and served with pasta and some lobster meat on top of it. This is the only dish I order at least twice a month. YUMMY!!!

This is the worst restaurant I ever got carry out food for specifically a gluten-free pizza first time it was sent wrong pizza also not cut I called back they sent a second pizza also not cut taste horrible so regardless if you just have a gluten intolerance or celiac disease don’t ever order from this restaurant and if I didn’t have celiac disease the flavoring of their food is horrific

I'm giving it 3 stars because the waiters' service is a bit poor, as they're a bit careless and unfriendly, except for one girl who I don't think is a waitress, but she served me extremely well and is also very friendly. The waiters should be more attentive to their customers. Next time I hope things are different and the staff is more professional.

Manager is difficult and staff is unprofessional — our server loudly chewed gum the whole time, and we spent the entire meal hearing the staff gossiping and goofing off. We dined recently and the staff stared at us, ignorantly, the entire meal. It was honestly ridiculous. It was clear they were talking about us, and it went on the entire meal. The pasta is very fair and so is the pizza. The atmosphere is okay, but something just feels very low-quality about the whole place. Mostly, I was disappointed in the staff, their behavior, and our distant, uncaring server. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and can personally say I’ve seen a devolution of this place. As a suggestion, fix the personnel. It was such a poor experience to be watched and laughed and talked about the whole meal. And our waitress chewing gum? To me, nothing is worse than this. Thanks so much.

Horrible experience. Pizza was wrong twice, not what I ordered. Server even argued with me said it was what I ordered. Asked for manager who never came. Probably last time I ever come here, and I'm a local who comes frequently. Really horrible experience.

I have been going to Mamma Lucias for almost 8 years now and their food never disappoints.
About 2 years ago, the olney Mamma Lucias had a interior redesign and I have to say it is absolutely beautiful. The only issue is that when they did the redesign they removed the curtains that had framed the inner square dining area. By doing this, they removed the one thing that absorbed sound and made it a little quieter. But now that it’s gone, it is hard to hear the person sitting next to me and its just overall louder than it was before. I really think they should add the curtains back or find another solution.

This restaurant is literally dangerous for people who use a walker. They have loose rugs which the sliders on the walker can easily catch, and this is a huge fall risk. When we entered we were greeted with a breezy comment from them about how awful their rugs are They weren't kidding. Those rugs are everywhere, and my wife had problems with several of them. Yes, the food and service is fine, but it's not worth risking a trip to the emergency room after a fall, so we will never be back.

I just had my first to go order ,seams very expencive , it was a large with three topping the total was around $ 37.50 Now that wasnt the reason for this review . I order the pizza and show up 15 mins paid for it .waited another 10 mins ,then the cashier told me it would be another 30 mins. I should have just canceled, and go next door for chinese . I left and came back pick up the pizza ,it was ok not great and zero apology. So i hope this helps them to train there staff to be more aware the customer comes first .
