My husband just went to Panera this morning and came home with “fresh” bagels. These are definitely a couple days old as they feel like hockey pucks. This is the fourth time we’ve been to Panera and have eaten stale bagels. No longer.!! so long, I really loved your community feel and the freshness of your food. But I don’t appreciate two day old bagels being sold as fresh made.

I've been to many Panera Bread locations, but this one consistently delivers the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced. It seems like the manager either despises their job or the owner is completely disengaged, as there's no other explanation for the constant issues. Every evening, they're inexplicably out of iced coffee. When you request more, the staff's attitude sours dramatically. Then, it takes an excruciating 20 minutes to get a replacement, only to be told they're also out of half and half. It's clear that no one is overseeing the store properly or ensuring basic supplies are stocked. The employees seem more interested in socializing with each other than assisting customers. They ignore patrons and create an atmosphere of utter disregard. Sadly, this is the only Panera Bread near my home, forcing me to endure this terrible service whenever I go there. It's truly frustrating to be treated with such indifference and incompetence.
My best friend and I came here for dinner. It was not super busy but the cashier looked and acted like he hated his job. When he forgot to give us cups for a drink he acted like it was too much work. Then we waited for our food for over 15 mins, mind you there were only 2 people ahead of us. After finally getting our food my friend had a hair in her food.(she had a Cesar salad) When talking to them about it they just said sorry and made a new one. I had the new Mozeralla sandwich which was to be desired. The bread was semi warm and there was only one piece of mozeralla cheese on each slice of bread that wasn’t even fully melted. I usually have a great experience here but I think it’s just gone downhill from here.

It was my first time trying Panera but there was a issue with my order i spoke to ms.kelly and they remade my order no problems no questions asked 10/10 on the customer service 10/10 on the food ?
