The quality of breakfasts has really gone down at Panera. They eliminated the spinach and artichoke souffle. No more whole grain bread. Eggs are now only scrambled, which would be ok if they weren't overcooked. The cheese on an egg and cheese sandwich is miniscule. At least they've abandoned the 'clean food' nonsense, whatever that meant.

Panera Bread Olney never ceases to disappoint. The employees often seem untrained and even rogue sometimes. The place is dirty. Orders are messed up a lot. Not sure if it's a staffing problem or management problem. It looks like nobody is managed by a responsible person. They were a goto place and now they are a stay away from place. Too bad.

I have celiac disease and asked about the warm Greek bowl. The girl behind the counter assured me it was gluten free with just brown rice and quinoa as the grains. When it came and i took a bite i noticed it tasted and looked like wheat berries. I wasnt sure but before i continued i asked a manager if there was wheat in it. He grudgingly went to look and said its a “rice blend”. I asked him to look again at what that meant and he said “farro and brown rice”. FARRO is another word for WHEAT. I am now home and sick. There needs to be better education about allergies at this store

This is our go to spot for a quick breakfast ir lunch. Plenty of seating, great food and reasonable prices. The dark roast coffee is a favorite as well as the Asiago bagels!!

All the one and two stars are justified at this Panera. The food is undesirable to eat. Food preparation area needs a good cleaning and cooks change frequently and don't seem to have healthy practices.

chicken noodle soup tasted like salty chicken water, also there were barely any actual noodles in it, bread was stale, and the delivery person forgot my drink. at least the delivery didn’t take that long, otherwise it was a total waste of money.

I've been coming here for a long time, but as time goes on, there aren't many customers, there's no coffee, and the service is so bad that they make you wait at the checkout counter, so I don't want to go there again.

What has happened to this panera. Recently, I was waiting for food and the high school aged workers making food were fighting. Today i ordered margherita pizza around closing time and this high school aged kid scrubbing the counter with soap sponge literally drops the sponge and with the same glove starts preparing my pizza by sprinkling the basil without changing glove. When i pointed it out he tried to say he changed his glove. Two problems here. High school aged kids these days have zero common sense hygiene or even give a F about what they are doing. 80% of the workers look to be high school aged kids. What is wrong with this panera? If these kids have this little common sense when the customer is staring, what else could they be doing when we trust them with their food. This panera is done.
