I ordered two large pizzas for carry out one was a pepperoni. When I arrived home I noticed three slices did not have any cheese it was just dough. I called the store to see if I could get a replacement and spoke with Elias the manager. He ended up HANGING UP the phone on me in the process of me trying to figure out if they would remake it or not. I immediately called the store back while I headed to the store, and he did not pick up the phone until I was almost there 8 minutes later. I asked him why he hung up on me, he said he was making my pizza. I was upset, but I stood there and waited for my pizza to be remade. A few minutes later he shoves a pizza box on the counter, that is partly open because he didn’t shut it. He didn’t say a word to me. After a few minutes I ask him if that’s my pizza…he says it is. I was absolutely floored. To be a manager with that attitude and such poor customer service is ridiculous. Never have I ever been treated that way over a mistake someone else has made. If he doesn’t like speaking with people perhaps he is in the wrong field.

Asked for extra sauce, ended up getting a dry pizza with toppings 2 inches from the edge. I've given up ordering Papa John's in this area, the Bethesda store is just as bad. No issues at any store in Florida or other states, but around here, they are not good.

I ordered pizzas for my daughter’s bday party yesterday (for today). The party starts in 35 minutes and I just received an email that my order was cancelled. No call, no explanation. I ordered these pizzas ahead of time to give them enough notice and/or to notify me if there’s a possible issue. This is the SECOND time this has happened (happened to my son’s bday as well) but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Very frustrating!!

I love the Olney location. We get Papa John's about twice a month and prefer this location. We always get take out. All of the employees we encounter are always friendly, pleasant, professional and helpful. Every single time, it is a positive experience.

The manager is very unprofessional.He told us that he was not going to make our food because it was late and we make his life miserable and hung up on us.
Jose didn't follow instructions that we request they didn't knock on the door as we live separately on the premises. He said he didn't have any instructions. He was pretty rude about it all. Also, when we got the food we found out that one of our items was incorrect. There's no way to review on the app. Don't like doing on an open platform like this but eh stuffs gotta change. Food we did get is solid though.
