Quickway Japanese Hibachi

We used to go here often and every time we do we let them know about our shellfish allergy. Each time the lady who works the register is like I know I know we cook everything separate.
I watched them cook the order with shrimp order on the same grill and use the same spatulas. I asked her about it and her response was “ why do you come here”. “ what do you want me to do? I first asked for it to be made correctly, but as I saw her take everything off the plates to just dump back on the griddle I decided it would be safer to just get a refund.

I love this restaurant. Quick service and well flavored chicken. Restaurant is clean and food comes out quickly. Fresh and made to order. Plenty of seating for all party sizes. Prices are fair considering portion sizes

Super "communist red" vibes from this place. Run by chinese folks not japanese. Not great food. Weird smell inside, probably from it nit being as clean as it should be.A legit hibachi place with good food, would do great in olney though. This place is not doing the Japanese people and culture the justice it deserves.

Always a good, fast and easy pick up BUT when I order extra chicken I expect extra chicken. It’s over $3 for it and to not get it every time I order is so frustrating. I always order no rice extra chicken and it’s never extra. Please, this locations and all quickways.. do right by your customers.

I go to a lot of different Quickways and this one is my favorite. I go a lot after the gym, they have good portion sizes. I also feel like their staff are just better at making the food than most other locations.I only go late at night and but it seems like they don't get as much business as they should. I hope more people start going here.

Double check that they got your order right. Recently I was there they messed up. But what I got was very tasty. The last time I was there another customer's order was wrong. My favorite is the Bento Box.

The staff is rude and confused(didn't know their menu or how the cash register works), they overcharge(price different from the menu) and although the food looks good it tastes bad.

The quality of the food is worse than other locations like the one in Rockville. Sometimes the rice is far too wet, often there's too much sauce. Like others say, their yummy sauce is too dilute. The green onions and sesame is rarely offered. Last time I went, the teriyaki sauce leaked out of the box everywhere. There is a lot of potential to improve though, since the Rockville location is consistently great.

Everything about my Food and Service was Excellent. The problem I have is that the Website says the store closes at 9:30pm on a Sunday Night and I saw them Lock the doors at 8:50pm while I was still in the Restaurant.
