On sunday, I went in to order chicken, and once again, they had run out. How does a place that serves chicken not have any chicken? To make things worse, the manager on duty—I think his name is William—never speaks up, never apologizes, and just stands there watching the other employees do all the work. I come here frequently, and it’s always the same with him: unhelpful, and unwilling to step in like a real manager should.Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I live in the area before and i love buying food here and even if i move out years ago already, everytime im in the area, i buy here for to go- always whole chicken and 2sides plus 2other extra sides . Healthy and delicious! Good people, very accommodating and respectful. I feel guilty im only giving reviews to this place now.

The quality of the food has consistently deteriorated. It is the third time I order from here either for pick up or delivery and the chicken has been dried and reheated. That is terrible for a place that specializes in Peruvian chicken. It seems like something has changed in the past six months or so. Even though the staff at the front are nice, getting home craving the delicious chicken they used to have and getting super dry, chewy, reheated chicken defeats everything. I drive about 25 minutes to get there because it is the closest location to me (yes, that’s how good it used to be! I didn’t mind the drive because I knew I was going to be satisfied with my food at the end) but I am not doing it anymore. It is not worth it, nor is it worth the extra charges you pay for Uber to deliver your food.
Pretty disappointing.

If only 0 stars was a possibility.
Come from far away to drop off a friend to another job close by, we get food here. Items were missing when bagged, PAID for, I call back when I’m home (far away)
They forgot my sides after assuring me the order was correct. Tells me “I can give it to you next time” no refund was offered either. Absolutely horrible service.

Does not deserve any stars really - This is supposed to be chicken and rice soup with vegetables. There was no broth, no chicken, and one or two carrots. Very bland. Disappointing

I ordered a 63 dollar pick up. First time going there to pick up. They forgot my 2 liter soda that I didn’t realize until I got home. They didn’t have ranch dressing or any other well known dressing for the salads. I called about my soda and he says “Oh you were supposed to get it out of the refrigerator before you walked out.” Um, how do I know this if it’s the first time I am picking up? Not impressed. Won’t go back there.

The fried yuca was so hard it was barley edible, tasted super old and greasy. The chicken tasted okay but once again old and chewy. Won't eat hear again nor recommend to others.

Excellent chicken. Very flavorful and well cooked!!! The house dressing on the salad is out of this world!!! Definitely recommend!

I thought this was real Peruvian food. I ordered a Power Bowl. What I got was a decent size bowl of some rice, pico, black beans, corn and plain chicken breast. There was no flavor to the chicken in any way and the corn and black beans seemed fresh from a can. I figured it just needed some of the medium salsa. This stuff tastes like salad dressing, not Peruvian salsa. The main ingredient is soybean oil and it's super garlicky. This dish is so weird. It felt like eating
Sodexo back in college. The one bright spot was that I was looking for a healthy meal and I did get it. I just wish that there was 50% more chicken and that it was Peruvian style with Peruvian salsas.

Terrible place to order food from, i ordered food form this place and they forget to put my 1/4 dark chicken.
The customer service was awful too, I got all the evidence. This is the last time I will order from this place

I placed my order and I was waiting on the line they attended to other customers and even though they looked at me that I was waiting I watched the young man who was filling my order that another assistant took my order to give it to another person who had just arrived I had to stop him and tell him that I am first and finish with my order first since I am almost 20 minutes Waiting for what a lack of respect for the client ..... and what bad workers they have in front of customer service.

All good except the chicken gyro. I thought it might be pulled chicken but it was some salty filet. I won't get that again.

Yes, Sardis is a chain; BUT this one is different. When I walk in, I feel like I’m family coming back home. The food is great (as always); but the service is better. Was having a rough week; and they came through with an extra helping of–my favorite side dish–corn. They always have what I need and serve it up just right … with a smile. Cannot say enough good things about this Sardis.
