the bill ended up being over 14$ for a 11.89$ smoothie ( no add INS or upgrade ) gave us no check to see how they got to that total. when the smoothie came out the wrong size, the cashier insisted we ordered the wrong size without offering a solution. Also wanted to charge us for an extra empty cup so we could include our daughter in our overpriced smoothie, which we didn't take so we still don't know how the bill got that high. Not to mention they made fun of our order in front of us in Spanish thinking we wouldn't understand.
