The workers here are amazing but there is always some sound issue that makes it impossible to work here like a constant ringing that they are unable to fix. Music also isn’t as conducive to work as other Starbucks locations.

was top tier with her customer service and she was really patient with me when i ordered my complicated drink. Plus the drink came out delicious! shoutout to her.
They do matcha lattes right with not too high temps in the water/milk.

I asked for an extra hot chai latte and was given a tepid one, I asked them to make it extra hot and still it came out with the same lukewarm temperature!!!!! The barista just did not care about what I wanted!!!!!

The staff is friendly and greet customers by name. Wait time is less than 3 minutes every single time. One of the cleanest stores out there! Love that location

I want to give a huge shout-out to the employees who are currently working at this Starbucks! I came in this morning and they were exceptionally friendly, provided great service, and me feel extremely valued. Not only this, it was apparent that the rest of the community feels same based on their interactions with all of the guest who entered as well. I do not usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to highlight their excellent work.

Most disappointing Starbucks experience!!!! 2 employees, 2:30 and 1 young fellow in kine. Neither employee said word one but one was sweeping the floor then went behind counter to heat something then a swered the phone. The young fellows Mom came in and asked her son if he ordered....he said no one addressed him...we waited another few minutes then they just left....I said in a loud voice can I please place an order...the one on the phone said yes and kept talking. I left after a minimum of 6 min. Dhe was insanely rude and grouchy...the other gal just kept making drinks without a word!!! This was today. I was furious and really quite shocked after approx 30 years of supporting Starbucks, this was simply horrible. No stars should be awarded!!!
This is one of the best Starbucks. It's quaint, neat, clean (including bathrooms) and they have excellent customer service. Its become my go to on my way into the city. Keep up the good work Kevin McClean (store manager) and staff! Marcy M

Unfortunately, the drinks are hit or miss. I am assuming it's because of how busy it gets and, but every once in a while, I show up when it's not busy at all and my drinks still taste way off.
