Picked up my espresso and when I got in my car and started to take my first sip, I immediately noticed a perfume or such like smell where the barista had touched the cup. Yuck. When I got home, I poured the espresso into a cup and washed my hands 2 times to get rid of the odor.

The drinks were great, but the employees weren’t. I have an employee my cash and she slid it across the table. I found this very disrespectful especially for me when being a black male. When a white male ordered his drink the barista gave it to him in his hand.

Ordered a mocha at 7am. 5 people working behind counter. One person making all the drinks. Ton of take out orders were being made while I waited for a while. I was the only one in the store while other four workers just stocked. When it is rush hour I feel like in store customers should get quicker service.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino on 9/21/23 around 5:00PM. It did not look nor taste right. I was in a rush so I could not have them remake it. It was very bland. I ordered the same drink two weeks ago and it was very good. I posted a picture of the two drinks side by side. You can tell it is not made correctly.

The baristas are great here! 1 star for how Starbucks treats the employees, they are trying to negotiate with Sbux in good faith and Sbux is being greedy, shady, and giving them the run-around. They deserve SO MUCH better!

All employees were very sweet and kind however I can’t get past how they make coffee. I asked for a caramel macchiato, when I receive my drink the espresso tasted extremely burnt and the milk tasted spoiled. I asked them to remake it and the employee was very sweet about it, the second time I thought the drink tasted better however I do believe it’s because she added extra caramel. Once again the milk tasted terrible. Service was great, coffee wasn’t.

I ordered the dragon berry drink and got something else. I asked them why I didn't get the dragon berry drink and she said that's what it was. They gave milk and berries. Very nasty I just waited money on a drink I can't enjoy. That is not a Dragon Berry drink. They need training at this location.
