Let me preface this by saying this may not be the employees fault. However, this is a big problem. I went to order three travelers boxes to bring to my kids' school for all the teachers. The app allowed me to pay and sent me updates that everything was ready. Obviously I was pressed for time as I wanted to get there before school. I show up and the minute I saw the employees face I knew something was wrong.
She says, "I'm sorry, but we dont do those here." I'm looking at her in disbelief. I asked why they couldn't notify me and she says they don't have any of my info because it was done via the app. They at least have my email from the app, right? All in all, just a mess. And I do put it on the employees somewhat because if this is a known issue that the app allows you to order these from that location, they need to get that message up the chain of command. That is just a lack of initiative or a greater organization issue.
Either way, I'm done with Starbucks. I called royal bagel bakery and they were lovely and helped me in a pinch. I will take my business there from now on.

Harris Teeter tends to behave itself a little better than most Harris Teeters. This store has a nice large coffee lounge with outlets and Wifi; though, as you sit here you will wonder if most of the patrons are wearing shoes at all.

My experience was less than appealing, I came in with an order of 5 drinks which I made evident before ordering. As I was reading off my drink orders one of the employee's makes a snarky comment of "oh my god" which the waitress at the counter lauged at. Upon returning home with the drinks for my entire family the drinks were not made well. I normally would not complain but I don't apreciate blatent rude behavior all because I had a large order, but there was no line and there were 2 employees working behind the counter as apposed to 1. I would recommend improving their work etiquette and attitudes.

You are better off going across the street to the actual starbucks, not a satellite location. I don't know why Google doesn't have that place on there map.
