The vegan tacos are so delicious, even my cat was interested. Very flavorful and texture is on point. Cilantro and raw white onions on the side with two sauces as well.

Vegetarian options: They use beyond meat for chorizo and al pastor. Also bean options

Best tacos in Olney! Absolutely beautiful decor and would highly recommend the sopas and margaritas!!!

I used to come here regularly, occasionally with family or a loved one it was great food, great interior as well as clean(still the example we see today) and used to very varied but obviously that’s not the case anymore, they’ve cut down the menu by half with a lot of the dishes (like the torta especiales) which were great selling points for most customers removed and upped the price for whatever remains on the now pretty basic options. Since I’ve last been there even the amount people regularly expected to be seen inside has gone down to maybe one person if anybody waiting for their food to be ready to leave for takeout. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt as they themselves stated they are short staffed (supposedly 2-3 months ago) but it still doesn’t explain the menu being severely cut, I’m willing to be patient to wait a couple extra minutes to wait for my food but now what do I order if it’s not on the menu, not only that but my options are cut extremely short to the remaining overpriced menu options (where prices still seem to rise) making the experience feel like you’re forced to eat the food because you paid so much for it. I once had more incentive to come here and would even suggest many others to try out their food, but now with limited options especially for a restaurant I’d suggest going somewhere else for the meantime, hopefully in the near future we could possibly see a positive change but as of right now it seems to be on a descent.

What happened? The whole menu has been downsized to tacos only, where's the posole? And all the other great food? We were coming here almost every week, then we missed a couple of weeks and the place is completely revamped, menu now only tacos ? we came for the whole menu not just tacos.

This was my first time eating here. The food was fantastic! I tried two flavors of their tacos and the steak was hands-down the winner! They are small, but piled full of meat! The sides of rice and beans were also small and good. Their salsa is good as well. I saw someone ask for bigger "take-out" salsa containers and they gave them to him. I was FULL when I was done eating. The price is a little high for the amount of food you get (2 tacos w/rice and beans and a soda was $15-16); but it's worth treating yourself if you can afford it. Enjoy! Cindy

So if you love tacos, yes the price went up but there is so much meat in one order it's like getting 2 every time. The staff is friendly..I love picking up and making salsa packets, reminds me of my time working in east Los Angeles. The flavors here are the base I grew up respecting. Spice level is great. My secret favorite vegetarian (bean) tostada's rock here.

Drove up from NYC to Olney and turned right around to go back. Before hitting the road up my buddy and I wanted to grab a meal allowing us to stretch out. Decided on getting some Mexican food. NYC has infinite amount of options for Mexican food so we have had our fill of good places. Looked this place up and figured why not?……Holy clucking slip, the food was incredible. Now, not saying it’s the most high end and authentic Mexican food you will have but the quality and home cooking touch it had was great. Very clean and modern look but the food has a “we care about what we serve.” Our next drive through down here, we know where our spot will be.

This was an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The food is DISGUSTING. I cannot believe this is branded as Mexican food when it is FLAVORLESS. The place is filthy and it took 20 minutes to put chicken on tortillas when nobody else was in line.Perhaps it took so long because they were flags booking the chicken in the moment considering how rubbery, chewy, and flavorless it was.The guacamole tasted like line paste, the tortilla chips were chewy not crunchy, and everything just tasted like retirement home food. The restaurant is also filthy. Stay away.

First time here, although the ambiance is rustic and contemporary, the combination plates were substantial and, in my opinion, tasted homemade. Another highlight is the option of self-serve salsas, which are also extremely excellent.

Very good tacos! I'm a huge fan of the lingua and bistec. Plus they have the toppings bar for your tacos, so you can have it your way. It's a plus they also serve great margaritas!

Hate to give this place only two stars but have to let this be known. DO NOT ORDER THE CHIPS AND GUACAMOLE! For $10 you get some of the worst guacamole i've ever had... I'm pretty sure they buy it from Safeway and then add their own tomatoes/onions to it. It was honestly disgusting and I felt a bit disrespected having paid what I did...With that said, the tacos are good enough... not the best but not bad either. If you come here, I would only recommend getting those.

I hadn’t been to the Olney location before, even though prices just recently went up a bit they’re still fair in comparison. There’s not too many places around to get asada fries and they have em. If you have 15$ you can pretty much order anything on the menu. It’s a pretty large menu at that with lots of options. The decor is really nice, lighting and all that. They serve alcohol too I mean it’s a well rounded place. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Tacos are kind of pricey, but around here tacos and pupusas aren’t the prices they used to be anywhere, if you know a place let me know haha oh well. I like the this place it’s VERY good.

Great food and great suggestions for my sis who has never been. It wasn't busy. They honored a Groupon that expired. Bathrooms were clean. Atmosphere and decorations were very nice. I would definitely recommend going!

Good food: I ordered a chorizo taco and suadero sopa, both were delicious. The staff was very nice and quite helpful. There is a "fixings bar" to customize your order, with mild and hot salsas, red onions, white onions, and a lime cilantro mix.The decor is purely functional (but if you were looking for The Ritz, you wouldn't have come to a taco bar).Parking was a problem - we parked in the 7-11 lot next door.

Our usual place for tacos and Mexican fare. The Al pastor and carne asada are the best. Friendly service, clean dining room and great salsa bar also. Can’t go wrong with this place.
