Came in around oh maybe 3pm the other day. Place my order and it was rung up for like $10 more than what it should have been. We get that corrected ok no problem. Then the lady who was waiting on me walks away and everyone is just going along their merry way. Only there is a problem my friend and I stil has not received our order. So we wait that awkward silent wait and then I am like excuse me can we get our order. The lady stops what she is doing and slowly fixes our order no apology or nothing. She just says nothing and well... it was all just really strange I hope no one was on any substances but it was all just really odd and very very slow and there were 3 people working and my friend and I were the only ones in the store besides one man that came in after us and was just standing there waiting to be served as well. Not sure if they had issues with each other or what but it was all really slow and strange would not reccomend this location. And highly reccomend corporate do a visit maybe there is some training needed IDK but it was all just really odd... I love their pretzels but I will have to use a different location.

Had a great time got a salted pretzel, which was delicious and amazing strawberries wild, which I loved it was my first time trying it, and I love Auntie Anne's because that's what my mom craved when she was pregnant with me salted pretzel everyday.

Order the pretzel nubs they were hard, no salt, couldn't chew them, could have used them as nails! What a disappointment! First time and the last time!

Loved my mango smoothie from here. So fresh and you get a good amount. The guy working the counter was very nice and my smoothie was out within a few minutes.

Stumbled upon this place today. Upon walking in I noticed the store was clean and welcoming they were a little busy.. busy is good. My order didn't take too long it was fresh. I will return again, the guy serving me wasn't too bad on the eyes either!
