Pork belly buns are signature ones. Sliced beef ramen was salty. After adding hot water to the ramen, then everything turned out fair tasty. I think, the chef should eat entire noodles and will understand how salty is it. Most of the time, the chef or sous chef doesn’t eat the noodles at all.
Today was my first time coming to Akira Ramen and it will not be my last. Came here after church to have some lunch with family visiting here from Georgia. Our waiter was so friendly and patient with us. He took really good care of us while dine in today. All the food & beverages we order were all really tasty... I nothing negative to say. It was refreshing to dine somewhere with great customer service and delicious food. Money well spent.
