“Subject: Concern Regarding Pickup Order Pricing

Dear Restaurant Management,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the ordering process on your website. I attempted to place a PICKUP ORDER through your website, but I was redirected to DoorDash, which stated there was no fee for the order. I proceeded with the purchase, only to later discover that the exact same pickup order was $20 less when ordered directly through your website.

I find this misleading and unethical, especially since I was picking up the order myself. I’m not sure whether DoorDash will refund the difference, but if not, it’s certainly a lesson learned.

Unfortunately, this experience has also deterred me from ordering from your restaurant again. I hope you will reconsider this practice and be more transparent about the pricing difference when directing customers to third-party platforms.“

“He makes great steak and cheese or chicken and cheese. And he has all beef, hot dogs. He make sure everything's perfect. Before he gets it out to you, If kids combine don't have money for a hot dog, he pays for it out of his own pocket. Hes a very kind, loving business owner.“

“Ordered delivery a few weeks ago, although I have friends who regularly go here and rave about it. The steak and cheese sub is on point. It is enormous, overflowing with delicious steak and lots of toppings. There was so much steak, it was spilling out of the sub onto my plate! My friend wanted lasagna, and that's what I ordered. The delivery driver was there to pick up and deliver my order, but when she found out they didn't have lasagna, she was unable to fulfill it. This is the reason for the decrease in star rating. As soon as the order came in, the restaurant should have contacted me to offer an alternative choice. I ended up ordering baked ziti on the fly, knowing that my order would take longer to prepare.
The gluten-free pizza ordered by another friend came out perfectly done, and with the toppings she wanted.
Although I have not eaten at this location yet and I'm not familiar with the ambiance, I plan to visit here soon. I recommend visiting or getting carry-out. The steak sub is a keeper, and the baked ziti looked good, was substantial and heavy, and contained a lot of cheese.“

I get a small cheesesteak and the ultimate fries and it's honestly one of the best cheesesteaks that i've had. I love the area and friendly staff! Definitely will be returning. “Royal Carryout is always busy. Order-taker is very courteous, efficient and accommodating. Hold on to the numbered ticket for your order as it is needed to release your order. All staff are very congenial. The store is clean. Menu has wide selection. There seems to be much hype about the special sauce. Many people asked for the special sauce for their orders.“

“Me and my partner just moved to Baltimore and have been looking for some good food. We ordered wings and pizza here and it is so good. The 24k gold sauce is the best wing sauce i think I’ve ever had. We had a bit of a mix up with our address but despite the confusion our delivery driver was still so sweet and everyone was helpful. So glad to have this place nearby and will definitely keep ordering from here. We love it so much and have not yet gotten a menu item we were unhappy with. I dream about the 24k wing sauce when I sleep. It’s too good. I can’t believe I lived my whole life in another state having not tried something this good before.“

“We ordered a couple of pizzas along with sides, and everything arrived fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly baked with a nice balance of crispiness and softness, while the toppings tasted fresh and generous on every slice. The cheese melted perfectly, and the sauce had a rich flavor without overpowering the other ingredients. Portions were satisfying and definitely worth the price.
