Based on the reviews, Chevere Bites is a food truck with outstanding food and friendly service. The atmosphere is great with vintage lights, and they are open late for a meal after a night out. Diners recommend the tequeños, the Reina and pabellón arepas, the Venezuelan Christmas platter, and the parrilla / BBQ plate. The Venezuelan Christmas platter features a really good pernil (roasted pork leg/shoulder), a creamy ensalada de gallina (chicken and potato salad), a super filling and flavorful hallaca, and a soft, fluffy and sweet pan de jamón (ham bread). Arepas are tasty and freshly made, portions are large, and everything is so good. The service is amazing, friendly, and personalized. Chevere Bites is a solid little spot and a great local food truck that never misses.
