Inconsistency when getting coffee, issues when asking for it to be fixed.
Used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts but the last three times I had issues with my food. Sunday the sandwich tasted like it was about a day old, bagel was cold and hard and the content inside was tasteless. The previous time my coffee was not sweetened even though the order said 3 pumps of caramel. The time before that I was missing a sandwich in my order. They did make that one up to me which is why I keep giving them more chances but it may honestly be my last time....read full review
This location fell off. Only a handful of the staff actually listen to orders. There seems to be a newer group of workers that need to be cross trained or fired entirely. Dont make excuses for poor customer service
