Last Thursday night I took my almost 10 yr to dinner on a whim. For starters we chose the tear apart garlic bread with a side of the Mediterranean dipping sauce. It was the perfect balance of golden crusty outside and yeasty baked goodness inside. We were devouring the tender, lightly battered calamari (with extra marina sauce) until my son realized that a squid had been sacrificed for his meal.
