Never ever go to this location. The manager Stephanie is rude and refused to fill the order I paid for. I ordered 2 subs online. I went to pick it up but they had no record of the order. I showed them the confirmation email. I even showed them the charge on my Amex. I waited 45 min for them to solve it and give me my 2 sandwiches I paid for.
The end result was that Stephanie refused to give me the order I paid for despite seeing the charge and the order confirmation.

We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you.
We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. Our first time ever at a Firehouse establishment and the customer service was excellent. Thank you 💗
