i love it, not only is the food amazing, but the atmosphere AND service is A1, the cashier Tati is the best she’s very kind and takes good care of me everytime i come in, not only is this the best place to come to door good vibes and good food but it’s the best location all around hands down!

I have to admit that I’m addicted to this food. I like food that is fresh and full of flavor. However, there have been a couple hit or misses. My first order I got the focaccia bread which was dry and had no flavor. I tried the sweet soy 5 spice that the 5 spice was an overkill, the rice texture was very chewy. I also find the portion sizes have varied half a container and my must recent order was a full container. I went in one afternoon and placed an order there instead of in advance. The staff appear to be very friendly. Overall, I really like it and would recommend despite the few hit or miss issues. Keep up the good work.

Popped in here for lunch, it was very neat & clean both outside and inside. The lunch crowd was bubbling and I waited in line to use the kiosk. While at the kiosk I did take the time to sign up for their rewards program since this location is close to my home and my chances of coming here frequently is pretty high, plus who doesn’t like food for $FREE99?I purchased a Stir-Fry Sweet Soy Five Spice Bowl, it comes with turkey meatballs, brown rice, scallions, broccoli, roasted garlic, red onions, sesame seeds & sweet soy sauce. It was pretty tasty and I felt like I made a decent enough healthy choice for lunch. I want to try their egg noodles as a base and I like the fact that they let you pretty much create whatever you want using their various ingredients.It’s was almost $12 for a bowl, which to me is high but still in alignment with everything else that’s high nowadays.

We were really excited about this place to open for a long time because it seemed like a unique concept.We have given this 3 tries now.1.) First time we both got the Garlic Butter Chicken. It was not great because it was too salty. Also 1 of our 2 meals was MUCH less than the other.2.) This 2nd time I tried the sweet soy five spice. I liked this 1 better but for $12 it was only about 2/3rds full. This was the 2nd time we got 1 way less than full. If it's intended they should be using smaller boxes. Attached picture.3.) This 3rd time I got the same thing again. I figured if I pay extra for more turkey meat balls, then it will be full. NOPE! Not only was it still only about 2/3rd's full, but did NOT have the extra Turkey meatballs. It was about the same 11-12 small little meat balls as before.3rd strike and you're out! Very disappointing when I felt it had so much potential.

After purchasing a brownie honey bar, I am beyond disappointed! It is not even half filled and it’s $8.50?? I could get the brownie for $2 if I was not going to receive any honey bar?!Edit: I didnt even receive the brownie for the brownie honeybar??

I really wanted to give this new location a full 5 ⭐️s but I had the most unpleasant experience with one of the staff. I came into the store (on a very important phone with my company), a young lady came up to me and asked if I was there for an employee and I said “no, I am here for myself. I am just going to finish my call” (as I was talking through my phone) she continued to tell me that I wouldn’t sit in the store because they were closed and that the system was down. I was confused because I had seen others sitting down as well. She also said that if I didn’t have an online order that would be more of a reason for me to leave the store. SHOCKED I asked her was she the manager, she said “no, my name is Tatiana, but soon I will be because we lack leadership here, the manager is over there”. So after she blatantly disregarded the fact I was on the phone she didn’t have nice things to say about her team. If you’re unhappy please choose another job. What I am thankful for was that, I had an online order and Candace was able to take care of my order and concern with her staff. Everyone else was so nice to me. A young man name Pedro came to me and addressed his rude coworker and he actually apologized what he had heard his coworker say. I’m just not okay with that experience. I feel uncomfortable to go back! While sitting there I noticed she stepped and talked over everyone. I will want a follow up. The same girl (Tatiana) came over to Starbucks(I finished my call there and ate in there instead) she pointed to me with a barista and laughed. I thought, how immature. Please talk to her, she’s not welcoming at all. Everyone else was very nice to me. The food was great! Again, thanks Pedro and Candace ! You guys rock! I totally warned my team about her and they (not to my surprise) knew about her from their own experiences. Someone said she over steps. I have totally seen that and I don’t even work there. Honey Grow Owings Mills would be great without her!

Sorry, I never got the food. Waiting after paying was over 45 minutes. They seemed to place a lot of time on the carring out. Place was full of people, but, everyone was waiting. PANDA EXPRASS just open in the same location. Amazing difference ?

The kiosk is confusing; did not properly prepare my order because of the confusion.Did not want 2 proteins, yet discovered charged for 2. The additional charge was a ripoff...barely any protein, but plenty of carbs, rice. The container is filled with carbs, then topped with the protein and veggies, which are very few. ?Also, the picture falsely advertised RED and green bell peppers for the dish I ordered, but not one RED bell pepper in it.The ginger soy sauce was good. Other than the sauce, not impressed for the cost and lack of protein and lack of veggies.☹?

Clearly they have kids working there that can’t read! They had to redo my order 3x and still couldn’t get it right when everything that should be included is written on the receipt!! Sadly this isn’t the first time this happened so I will not be back!

I paid $30 for a small box of noodles. Which would have been fine, if it were good lolThe noodles were hard and stuck together. The chicken taste like the lowest quality they could find. I added in shrimp and I might have had four shrimp in the entire mix. I ordered the spicy garlic noodle. Not good at all, the flavor was weird and underwhelming. Waste of a cheat day. What did we leeeaaarrnnnn ?
