Never go to this hook and reel again. I was charged twice for the one order on my card. Lady charged blmy card twice and didn't realize it. Bad customer service

I don't know about the seafood. Because that's not what I ordered and it may be good. Be that as it may I ordered buffalo wings lobster bisque and a side salad. Side salads are never all that great but I think they usually are much better when you get it in the restaurant rather than to go. Buffalo wings are not that difficult so I'm always surprised when people don't get it right. Well the wings were on the larger side the drums specifically they were not crispy like I like and they weren't coated well in Buffalo sauce. It seemed like nobody tried to make it good. Also the chicken itself was not seasoned. All the flavor came from the buffalo sauce and that was extremely disappointing. I had high hopes for their lobster bisque. In the lobster bisque there were three well I'm being generous 2.5 very small pieces of a lobster. Not enough to even fill a tablespoon and I'm not exaggerating. While the flavor in the soup was delicious it was watery it wasn't thick and creamy calling it a bisque is insulting. I want to in the future try a seafood boil but I've actually never really had one and I probably won't know if it's good or not. Buffalo wings are not hard I just don't understand why they didn't get this right and as a seafood restaurant you should have Immaculate cream of crab and or lobster bisque. The only regret is that I didn't take a picture to show y'all but it was so watery. The next day I ordered cream of crab from another restaurant and there was so much crab in it I felt a little bit redeemed everybody mouthful of crab

This place was amazing! Katrina was a terrific server. Refills without asking, pre bussing, and very friendly and engaged! She gave us a few suggestions and we had a very good experience with her. The food was also fresh extremely good.

The food and service was amazing. My daughter and I got the mini boils which where filling and plenty. My only negative is although it is primarily a seafood establishment they do serve wings and other things. However, all things fried are cooked in the same oil. So if you have a severe seafood allergy please beware.

Kenny is THE best Server! He always provides the best customer service and has the best energy everytime I come here. He is so funny and brings the energy and vibe every single time, and the drinks are always amazinggggg! Ya’ll please come on down and see Ken! He is the best!!

This place has fallen off. Service and most importantly food. The sauce used for Cajun boils has changed for the worse and doesn’t taste like real butter. I have expressed this in prior visits and was given apologies. I spent $43 on a take out Cajun boil. I received crab legs that were old and rotten potatoes. I called to speak with the manager to notify them and bring the food back. Instead, I was told to send pictures, no need to bring food back and I would be issued a refund. That never happened. I called back and was told the manager was angry. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he doesn’t speak English. The pictures I was told to send the day prior were reviewed at the time of the 2nd call. I was informed the kitchen manager would only allow half of a refund of the original price. That still has not happened. I’m done with this place.
