Terrible service and inhospitable. The Cooks don’t wear gloves. Unorganized and overwhelmingly overpriced. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the manager Nancy is just nasty. Wouldn’t recommend or eat here again

We enjoyed the service, food quality, and atmosphere. I would recommend more staffing because our waiter was managing a lot of different tables, but he did so graciously and to the best of his ability.Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Went to Hook and Reel last night with my family, it was our first time. My expectations were low since we arrived an hour before closing. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and inviting nature of the staff, especially so late in the evening. Our server Sara was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and ensured our visit was pleasant! The food was just decent but the vibes and service were great!

This was my first experience having a seafood boil, and wow was it amazing. Our waitress was so fun and personable and came with great recommendations. The inside had a fun vibe with ship decorations. We were the only people in there for most of the time because we went right as it opened. Drinks were great too! The strawberry spicy margarita with a tahini rim They have an absolutely amazing happy hour menu as well. Great prices on food and drinks! What we ordered: - Happy Hour Wings (2 orders) - Happy Hour Fried Shrimp (MUST HAVE) - Seafood Boil with potatos, corn, shrimp, crawfish, clams, ramen noodles. We chose the medium spice level and the garlic butter with herb sauce! (MUST HAVE)

I went for Valentine’s Day and the wait wasn’t long at all. I got a seafood boil with the garlic butter sauce, crab legs, shrimp, sausage, and noodles. The food was great but the sauce was a little odd. It was either extremely salty or completely bland. I will be going back and trying again with a different sauce.My server was amazing and attentive. The entire staff there was very kind and helpful. They made my experience fun and enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and try it again.
Kenny and Kyera were our servers and with a large crowd, THEY WERE AMAZING! So patient, gave great suggestions and knowledgeable about the menu. Great service! See ya next week!

My family and I came for the 1st time and we were not let down. We came specifically for the seafood boil with noodles. Yummy. The atmosphere was great and our waiter Kenny was AH-MAZING! He engaged everyone at the table with friendly conversation, offered suggestions and really complimented our experience. We will definitely make our way back.
