The customer service in here is horrible! Everytime I go in there to order or call there's a bunch of kids goofing off. All loud and obnoxious... it just seems like customer service is a thing of the past 🙄

One of the most horrible stores. Reported incident on the website and got an automated reply saying I will hear back from someone with in 48 business hours. I would like to speak to the franchise owner.

I left this restaurant today feeling hurt and deeply disappointed.

I came with my husband and children hoping to enjoy a simple meal and have a pleasant time together. I politely asked the staff member if she could cut the sandwiches so I could serve them to my young kids. To my surprise, her reaction was filled with rudeness. She mumbled something under her breath, then walked away and started laughing loudly with her coworkers—as if we were a joke.

Imagine being a mother sitting with her children, only to feel humiliated and mocked by someone who clearly lacks basic manners and respect for families. I was truly embarrassed in front of my children. Even when the manager stepped in and simply cut the sandwich for us, he said nothing to address her inappropriate behavior. Meanwhile, she continued laughing and making fun of us without any consequences.

We couldn’t even enjoy the meal. We lost our appetite and left the restaurant feeling incredibly upset and disrespected.
I came to create a beautiful memory with my children… but I left with a painful one instead.

I sincerely hope this message reaches someone who cares, because this kind of unkind and unprofessional behavior is not easily forgotten.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today at your restaurant. I placed a simple and clear order with your employee, I think she’s name Oliv : a beef sandwich with lettuce, cheese, and tomato. She completely ignored my request and served me something else.

When I asked for it to be corrected, she refused to make any changes. To make things worse, I was forced to pay for a sandwich I did not want and did not enjoy. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable.

I expect this issue to be taken seriously and dealt with immediately. No customer should be treated this way.

Food was great but the lack of customer service, acknowledgement and acting like it’s a burden to serve you makes it horrible.

There was no one in there and it took them 12 minutes, I timed it, to acknowledge me. Ordered my sandwich, had the chips sitting there and she didn’t ring them up. Then when I picked them up to put in the bag she said she didn’t ring them; do I still want them.

I will not return to this Jersey Mike’s because of the poor customer service. And every employee should learn to say THANK YOU after a customer pays!

A sub above what? Cafeteria food! Horrible first experience with Jersey Mike's! I ordered online at 12:26pm. They said it would be ready at 12:41pm I didn't receive my order until 12:59. When I asked them what the eta was on my food I can only assume the manager. Stated we have alot of orders and walk-ins. 6 minutes later I received the worst sandwich ever!! I wish I could post a picture! First and last time!!

The food is good however the service is really slow even after placing an order in advance. Three people walked in after me, placed orders, received their food, and left while I still waited for my online order an extra 10 mins after the original pickup time. On top of that I had to tell the employee the name on the order 3 times.
