A sub above what? Cafeteria food! Horrible first experience with Jersey Mike's! I ordered online at 12:26pm. They said it would be ready at 12:41pm I didn't receive my order until 12:59. When I asked them what the eta was on my food I can only assume the manager. Stated we have alot of orders and walk-ins. 6 minutes later I received the worst sandwich ever!! I wish I could post a picture! First and last time!!

The food is good however the service is really slow even after placing an order in advance. Three people walked in after me, placed orders, received their food, and left while I still waited for my online order an extra 10 mins after the original pickup time. On top of that I had to tell the employee the name on the order 3 times.

This particular location is always extremely slow no matter how far in advance you place an order. The staff is generally rude. And they just don’t bring you curbside orders. You will sit and wait then eventually have to walk in and be tossed your bag that’s been ready and just sitting there getting cold. Don’t recommend this location, go to a different one.

I saw many reviews stating the service was bad or slow. I did not experience this.
I was greeted with a "hello" when I entered. I noticed everyone who entered was greeted
The sandwich service was quick considering they fresh cut the meats right in front of you.
I was not in love with the sandwich, but it was not bad either. Overall my experience was good.
I will not that the bathroom was clean and obviously checked often. I will definitely try them again and choose different sandwiches. I'm not generally big on subs, so I am a bit biased trying to find sub contents I like.

The staff is extremely disrespectful. I asked if I can change my mini and regular Italian sub to a giant Italian sub and the staff was irritated and annoyed. Mind you we were the only customers in there. The gentleman who I think was a manager was saying comments under his breath and the rest of the staff thought it was funny to be rude. I asked for the gentleman’s name and the lady at the register told me that I needed to ask him myself what his name was. I did and he told me his name was Pedro with a sarcastic look on his face. I work in customer service and I would never treat guest like this. Extremely disappointed and will never be returning here.
To the owner please find staff that care about your business. After reading the rest of the reviews I can see you need to clean house and hire staff that want to work and see your business be successful.

Do not use the establishment’s app! Use door dash or uber eats but do not use their app. It takes roughly 30 minutes before your order is seen by a driver and by then, your sub has been sitting, bread getting soggy and messy.

I swear every time I come in here to try and give them another chance, they always prove that they are the worst location. From asking for a cheese steak and instead getting a chicken philly to oh you have to wait for us to make the rosemary parm bread, knowing that its their popular bread choice, so not sure why it wasn’t in the making when they saw it was getting low. I feel like waiting until you have no more is not the best way to go? Either way somehow you ALWAYS are waiting 20-30 mins for a sandwich even if its cold. Just dont bother

Only come here if you have an extra 40 minutes to wait for a sub. Add 20 minutes to that if you want anything from the grill. I have eaten at Jersey Mike’s locations across the country and this is the worst one I have been to. Online orders are not ready by the time it says it will be when you order and you walk in and the employees are joking around about how they haven’t even started your order yet. The gentleman manning the grill does one sub at a time so the grill gets super backed up. If you come in person you could be the only person in line and it will take 10 minutes for you to even get helped to start a cold sub. They will basically turn you away once it hits 8:30pm even though they are open for another 30 minutes. These employees DO. NOT. CARE. there needs to be a total rehaul with someone who knows how this place should run.

Ordered a sub combo 20 minutes in advance. I waited outside and came in my order wasn’t ready. I waited in additional 5 minutes and the young man in there still didn’t start my sandwich. I stepped outside and came back in and decided I wanted to be refunded. Once I mention I wanted to be refunded the young man said he just finished the sandwich. I stated I just want my money back. It’s been 3 weeks and my money never came back. I'm truly disappointed in the service and the store management because she never got back to me and never refunded me. I like jersey Mike super disappointed will probably just go to a new location.

Shouldn’t even get 1 star!! I wasted my lunch break waiting to even be acknowledged. Too busy filling call ahead and grub hub orders to acknowledge people physically in the store. Waited over 10 min and still no acknowledgement so I left with no lunch. Several other people walked out too in disgust. Poor management there. No eye contact either. Could just say I’ll be right with you but nothing.
You definitely need to change your employee’s !!!

I am disappointed in the quality of my sandwich, I put in a large order for my office and sauces & condiments were missing from several sandwiches. Mine in example was supposed to come with lettuce, cheese and banana peppers I got NONE of those things. Only the buffalo chicken and bread. like seriously. Yes i’m going to eat it because it’s my lunch break and too far to drive back but seriously.
