Very cool people run this store. They are friendly and good communicators.. just don't talk about your previous experiences to them.. they like to serve people who live in presence and think about better future. I think this store will do better progress as time passes by.

Love the oreo wow boba tea here , the pearls are always fresh , fast customer service & incredibly nice staff but i would definitely recommend kung fu tea to add a flavor called taro cream cheese i will add a photo below of a flavor i would want added! overall definitely recommend boba shop 😊!

Things have gone down hill since new ownership customer service is terrible, the new staff lacks friendliness in fact rude. so they experience is already trash. Also they got rid of the lovely cakes and pops and replaced it with can soda . They got rid of the board games so it's less inviting to sit in and enjoy. It's apparent the new staff doesn't take pride in the establishment and customers as the last did. Unfortunately no with to patronize this establishment.

Every single time I order cake or cheese cake from this location it’s ALWAYS moldy. I’m sick of it.

There was metal pieces on my cocoa lava slush and some rubber that made it look like oreo(I put Oreo on my slush) the first and second time I tried it there was nothing and I ALMOST choked by drinking it and it hurted my throat for almost a week and it happened last time to the third and my fourth time so idk what’s going on this is my favorite place for a drink??

No greetings upon walking in, two girls and one boy are all just talking about how to pronounce something, this skinny pale girl with pigtails takes my order and tries to correct me on what i’m ordering like I don’t know what i’m talking about. she makes my tea, puts it down on the counter, I try to say thank you but she ignores me and goes right back to talking. Hire new people, no one wants to come into a store where they feel like their being ignored and belittled.

Welp, I have been supporting this chain since their Silver Spring location.I was ecstatic once this location opened AND they started selling food !!Win !! Win !!.I have tried several tea and juice beverages that I love.I tried the food and got sick sick !! I don't know if the grease was dirty, or the chicken was bad but once was enough for me. ...and I was missing a side. Definitely wasn't worth calling about as I threw my food and my family's food in the trash.The beverages are enough to keep me interested.Buuuttttttt, customer service could use an emergency turnaround.I usually enjoy youthful workers but the batches over the past 2 years have been pretty awful.I last visited 2 days ago, and once entered, one employee looked at me and continued a task w her back turned.Another employee was standing near the left wall preoccupied w breathing.I was the only customer.No one greeted or acknowledged me.After 90 seconds or so, the breathing employee stepped over to the register that I was standing. Silent.After 10 awkward seconds, she says "have you decided what you want to order". Ummm, I knew what I wanted while driving to the establishment.I ordered my Hot Honey Black Tea to be faced w her "you want anything else". DONE !!My order was ready in 30 seconds, and I was out.And I am gonna stay away for a few months.Kung Fu Tea & TKK Express, please don't let these young adults ruin something great !!

Paid about $5 or $6 for what was supposed to be brown sugar milk, instead, I got a cup of tasteless lactaid milk with particals floating in the bottom of the cup ??

My 1st visit I tried the 6 pc wing combo w/ Curly fries and upcharge to change drink to Mango Green Tea. Wing were fresh, hot, crunchy and seasoned.2nd visit I order a Kiwi Punch & another Mango Punch. Drink flavors were consistent, tasty, refreshing and cold. Can't wait to try other flavors! I need larger sizes ?!You should give it a try!

Place is awful. The staff is slow and not helpful at all. After waiting 15 minutes for a simple order when it wasn't even busy, I left after waiting 10 minutes because they weren't even remaking the order. What a waste of $12
