Welp, I have been supporting this chain since their Silver Spring location.I was ecstatic once this location opened AND they started selling food !!Win !! Win !!.I have tried several tea and juice beverages that I love.I tried the food and got sick sick !! I don't know if the grease was dirty, or the chicken was bad but once was enough for me. ...and I was missing a side. Definitely wasn't worth calling about as I threw my food and my family's food in the trash.The beverages are enough to keep me interested.Buuuttttttt, customer service could use an emergency turnaround.I usually enjoy youthful workers but the batches over the past 2 years have been pretty awful.I last visited 2 days ago, and once entered, one employee looked at me and continued a task w her back turned.Another employee was standing near the left wall preoccupied w breathing.I was the only customer.No one greeted or acknowledged me.After 90 seconds or so, the breathing employee stepped over to the register that I was standing. Silent.After 10 awkward seconds, she says "have you decided what you want to order". Ummm, I knew what I wanted while driving to the establishment.I ordered my Hot Honey Black Tea to be faced w her "you want anything else". DONE !!My order was ready in 30 seconds, and I was out.And I am gonna stay away for a few months.Kung Fu Tea & TKK Express, please don't let these young adults ruin something great !!

Paid about $5 or $6 for what was supposed to be brown sugar milk, instead, I got a cup of tasteless lactaid milk with particals floating in the bottom of the cup ??

My 1st visit I tried the 6 pc wing combo w/ Curly fries and upcharge to change drink to Mango Green Tea. Wing were fresh, hot, crunchy and seasoned.2nd visit I order a Kiwi Punch & another Mango Punch. Drink flavors were consistent, tasty, refreshing and cold. Can't wait to try other flavors! I need larger sizes ?!You should give it a try!

Place is awful. The staff is slow and not helpful at all. After waiting 15 minutes for a simple order when it wasn't even busy, I left after waiting 10 minutes because they weren't even remaking the order. What a waste of $12

I went here a couple weeks ago and every table and seat was dirty. I only realized this after I had already ordered. The guy taking my order was nice, but had I noticed the cleanliness prior I would have walked out without ordering.

Was good the first time I went, but the last two times the boba was all stuck in one big bunch and was hard on the very middle of the pearls. Taste wasn’t too great either. Also it is apparently against policy to add a shot of espresso/coffee into a drink that doesn’t come with coffee

Love this place, the honey black tea with bubbles is really good. You can customize the amount of sweetness you want in the drinks too. The spicy chicken sandwich and chili side sauce is the main reason i keep coming back. Not to mention the customer service is always friendly and they care about the quality of their food.

Ordered 4 drinks via the app and ended up waiting an extra 10 or 15 mins after the pick up time for the drinks. And upon tasting the drinks in the car. 1 of them was nasty and 1 was a little off, not how it normally is.
First time having Boba tea and it was amazing! I came in pretty curious and the staff was kind enough to explain the menu, options, and even gave recommendations!I asked if I put Boba in any drink, and he said “yes, but I would recommend trying a boba tea.”.. I thought this was fascinating! I’m glad I trusted the expert, because the Honey Oolong tea was delicious.I wanted something sweet, and the honey oolong was like milk & honey! I also got the Taro :) because I was a hungry/thirsty lil fella. I had to share that one, but it was nice! More sophisticated I’d say. Like a yummy tea for hungry adults.The boba bubbles balanced the sweetness, and I enjoyed chewing my drink!

First impressions are everything and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, temperature and service!!! My youngest daughter (10 years old) and I have been trying Boba around the city of Baltimore and we both agree that this place is hands down the best!!! The bubbles are super soft and yummy!! The teas are extremely chilled and to top it off the staff was super attentive and pleasant!! They overheard us making our final decision and she already had the order in the system and confirmed it back to us!!! The young ladies were full of smiles and most importantly quality of service!!! Thumbs up KUNG FU style
