Haven't been to Panda in years. The food was terrible. The chicken breast was rubber. Gross texture and taste. Never again. Shame on you Panda Express. I hope owners read this.

I ordered a simple meal for pickup, unfortunately we had a car issue and the car broke down, we are not able to pick up our meal. I called TWELVE times and received no answer they do not close till 10:30 p.m. Their answering machine takes no voicemails (even though they are open) AND have no waiting times so after 31 seconds they hung up on me TWELVE times, I want a simple refund without having to cancel my card and get a whole new one. They are open and not picking up calls, and i made the pickup order on a guest account, i cannot cancel or refund over the app. Horrible place and why stay open late if they will not do their job and pick up the phone. I understood the first couple no-answers, BUT TWELVE??

The is a popular place to eat so I expect better. Food needs to be prepared better. I'm tired of finding clunks of dried hard rice in my food. I don't like my teriyaki chicken burnt. Think about it, when you burn the food that's the part I can't eat. They have parking but it can get pretty crowded around lunchtime during the week. Dine in if you can find a clean table, But don't let this alarm you a lot of other fast food restaurants also rarely clean tables. The Orange Chicken is like hit-n-miss sometimes It could be good then other times.

It was my first time at this location roughly a week ago around 6:30pm. I got a bowl of brown rice and the firecracker steak and shrimp. My BF got the plate of fried rice, orange chicken, and firecracker steak and shrimp. Along with the mandarin teriyaki sauce for the rices. A tiny bit goes a long way. We both thought the food was great minus the veggies. They were hard still in the firecracker steak and shrimp. The steak and shrimp was very tasty. It was cooked great! The rices were soft and fluffy. We will definitely be taking the drive to this location.

Quality is good here but I came and they wouldn’t make the eggplant tofu which is their only vegetarian entree option, so it’s hit or miss, you may have to go elsewhere.

I spend a good 2 to $300 a month at panda express. Today I went in like as soon as they opened about 35-40 minutes into opening the food looked like it had been sitting out all night there is no way on God's green Earth that food has just been prepared. It was so stale and dry looking I know it wasn't just prepared because it was so little in each of the pans. I was born on a Saturday but it wasn't yesterday. The selection was very low and then I go to order my special sweet fiery chicken to my surprise they no longer have it they've replaced it with tofu AKA STEROID FOOD do they know the DANGERS of EATING TOFU it causes CANCER and it DESTROYS MALE TESTOSTERONE levels. They definitely don't have to worry about my business anymore unless they stop putting out stale food from the previous night and bring back the main item I would go in Panda Express for

Nice employees professional and caring and affordable unlike the restaurant a couple doors down called HONEYGROW they rush you and then messed up my order I got all the way home and they gave me steak instead of chicken it was dry tasteless and expensive and a waste of money.... 420-2025 I have been going to Panda Express for years this is the first awful review and probably my last time going there I got there as soon as they open the little after they open maybe 20 minutes the food looked as if it was stale set out from last night and it was barely any food any varieties and when I went to order my usual hot and fire chicken I was informed they no longer serve that they serve tofu instead are they aware of how DANGEROUS tofu is how it causes cancer how it lowers men's testosterone? I usually spend a good $200 easy a month at Panda Express but now that they've eliminated my main course there's no need for me to even go there 😞

I paid for a bigger plate and only got two entrees. One of the three items I ordered was a premium item so I paid extra for it. I didn’t even get one scoop of that. Only had one shrimp in it. And the third entree was completely missing. Usually they write on the box what you order as you tell them and the guy making the plates/bowls didn’t write anything on mine. I made sure to clearly tell him what I wanted and he forgot what I asked for. Heed all of the bad reviews lately, don’t go to this location.

Only ordered for a school fundraiser first and last. All four orders were missing an entree, received the whitest fried rice to date, and the staff hung up the phone four straight times without saying a word. Don't even feel bad about throwing the food in the garbage.
