Best Panda on this side of town! Clean restaurant, food is always fresh, portions are fair and food selections are always available. Staff is kind and gives great service. Our family uses this establishment 2-3 times a month on average and we are very pleased. Nothing is perfect but this Panda comes close.

I am actually reviewing base on receiving the food. I did not go inside the restaurant and interact with the staff. I have seen Panda express for years and never bothered to go. I am actually surprised by the deliciousness of the food. The orange chicken was so crispy under the sweet glaze. It was not too dry. The lo mein noodles was a little dry but still yummy. I may consider this restaurant more often

So this place is very misleading! They stop cooking at nine 930. Was open till 1030 so they do not serve food or remake food after they close the kitchen at 9:30. When you ask at 9:30 are they making any more food? They tell you No then proceeded to get attitude with you. Very unprofessional.

I lost my appetite and asked for a return due to poor customer service and poorly cooked food..... it's almost a waste of time of leaving reviews because the higher-ups never correct the bad behavior to anyone. Reading this I would suggest going to the Panda Express on Baltimore National Pike.

The food was okay but the portions were the smallest I've ever seen at any location. I went two days in a row just to see if I was tripping. Nope, I wasn't! The first day I order 3 entrees and side. There was more of that cabbage than anything else. I literally had 4 pieces of bourbon fiery chicken. The second day I ordered 2 entrees and side and I requested no cabbage. I received a even smaller portion than before. They gave me maybe 1/4 cup of meat and a 1/3 cup of rice. Never will I return to this location. Panda Express Owings Mills, Do better!

new management has me questioning if i’ll ever come back. never had a problem with this location until this week when new management was put into place. Arrived at the location an hour and 15 minutes before closing and only 2 items were available, they were starting to wash the stoves off? Manager was unwilling to make more fried rice ??? I ordered the only available items, drove home and found out that my order was wrong prompting me to rush back to the store to get the correct items. Came back home, and food was undercooked and chewy. Overall terrible experience. If your considering getting dinner from here after 5pm, with the new management, i would think about other options for dinner.

I don't understand how people can leave their own demanding jobs on lunch then come to Panda Express and demand things from these people ..Relaxxxx . No they can't give you extra food .. most of their egg rolls and all come frozen they are not responsible for how they taste to you..and the employees can only be so nice during a lunch rush.. the food is good the people are fast and the drinks are cold. Great place

Clean store, lots of item to select from, and pleasant staff. Edd was gracious enough to suggest items for me to pick from, while Tim finished the order at the register.
Teriyaki chicken had not one drop of sauce. None. That and the fried rice were completely dry. NEVER eating here again.

I’m not sure who is cooking the chicken but I’ve tried the orange chicken and the sweetened chicken and I usually come around 3-430pm once a week and both time ls the chicken was cooked so hard I almost cracked a tooth biting into it!!!! Also the portions are smaller here then any other locations I’ve visited
